I'm hoping/expecting medicals to arrived via snail mail..... but just lately I received a simple URGENT FOLLOW UP
email requiring us to have our medical and payment of the RPRF......

Id read post that it will arrived via snail mail with the brown envelop papers to bring when you go for medicals...

which is which?? snail mail o email??

if Email this is it na ba?? o will still have to wait for the papers snail mail....

if im not mistaken, me isang taga dito sa forum na ganyan din nangyari. He emailed CEM asking if he could request another copy of his MR and if he can pickit up at CEM. His request was granted pero nabawasan na yung number of days to comply...

tama ka ewhy. ako yata yung tinutukoy mo. hehe

magemail ka sa cem. tapos, tatawag yan sila sa mobile/contact number mo. they will give instructions how to pick it up sa cem. yung sa amin, may binigay na control number, and dapat ang principal applicant ang pupunta, kasi papakita ka ng identification. sa guard ng cem mo ibibigay ang control number, then kukunin ang guard yung nakaready na envelope which is your med request.

hindi tlaga pwede email ang med request, kasi may forms yan and picture nyo. better hurry, kasi ang 60 days mo won't move dahil sa matagal dumating ang med request mo.

natanong ko yung blood test na ginawa sa amin, vdrl at hiv lang ang kasama sa blood test kung wala kang hypertension at diabetis, pag meron kang tatoo sa katawan, automatic may hep b blood test ka, applicants with hypertension, creatinin test and ecg, for diabetic hba1c, urine test also, di ko lang sure sa below 5 yrs na child kung may urine test din. good luck

Hello to all of you. We are still gathering required documents like Police Clearance, School Transcripts, etc. We are planning to prepare our application ourselves. My wife will be the main applicant, she's under NOC 3142 Physiotherapists. I understand that my reply is out of topic since we will be under Post June 2011 if we submit our application but I just want to make connections with Filipinos who are applying for Canada. I think I should make a separate blog "FSW June 2011". Any advise will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I've been reading this forum for quite a time already but i'm hesitant to join kasi i thought puro mga nurses, doctors and dentists lang ang mga members dito.. Actually, i've read this from the start at nasa 200+ pages pa lang ako, to think na over 350 pages na ang forum na 'to. Hay, dami ko pang babasahin... I will not skip pages kasi i've learned a lot from this forum from others experiences -- be it happiness or even sadness. Ang sarap basahin kapag puro mga pinoy ang nag-uusap usap sa isang forum. Generally, ang saya! I hope maka-join din ako.
