guys dun sa certificate of employment na pinasa ko wla sya hours worked per week and wal din additional family info for my husband so expected kna na babalik yung papers kya kumuha ulit me ng CEO and ganito ung CEO....

This is to certify that CHEF FRIANIZ T. TAMAYO has been employed as Assistant Chef at CLICKS CULINARY LEARNING INSTITUTE INC. since March 16, 2009 up to the present, wherein she works 8 hours a day, 3 times a week.
Currently, Ms. Tamayo is receiving a monthly salary of PHP 20,000 with free food and allowance.
As assistant chef, she was particularly trained on preparing stocks, sauces and soups, cleaning and maintaining kitchen premises, organizing and preparing food, receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
Ms. Tamayo has been very diligent and her performance as assistant chef is highly commendable.
This certification has been issued for whatever intent and purposes it may serve Ms. Tamayo.

Are you applying for the Chef NOC?? in case you need to give full attention on the requirements needed to the NOC you are applying, as much as possible complete po, especially yung Job description kase dun sila nagbbase whether they will make you eligible for the category. Kung eto lang po yung job description nyo kulang po sya..Its ok in case you cannot provide all details on the previous work po as long as you have some proof that you indeed do the job like performance appraisal, employment certificate, etc..kahit wala na pong contract just be sure to provide an explanation letter stating the reason...

Hello to all of you. We are still gathering required documents like Police Clearance, School Transcripts, etc. We are planning to prepare our application ourselves. My wife will be the main applicant, she's under NOC 3142 Physiotherapists. I understand that my reply is out of topic since we will be under Post June 2011 if we submit our application but I just want to make connections with Filipinos who are applying for Canada. I think I should make a separate blog "FSW June 2011". Any advise will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I've been reading this forum for quite a time already but i'm hesitant to join kasi i thought puro mga nurses, doctors and dentists lang ang mga members dito.. Actually, i've read this from the start at nasa 200+ pages pa lang ako, to think na over 350 pages na ang forum na 'to. Hay, dami ko pang babasahin... I will not skip pages kasi i've learned a lot from this forum from others experiences -- be it happiness or even sadness. Ang sarap basahin kapag puro mga pinoy ang nag-uusap usap sa isang forum. Generally, ang saya! I hope maka-join din ako.

our visa officer is j tan go.
panu kea yung sa appeal letter?
coz clearly ngkamali cia sa docu nmen.
i worked as a cook for 4 yrs
and now currently working as a restaurant manager since dec 2010.
my NOC is under COOK.
bka kc nmisinterpret nung j tan go ung NOC ko at nkita nya na bka resto mgr ung NOC ko.

he indicated that i do not meet the hours worked but clearly nsa jd ko yun at coe ko.
npkabias tlga kc expect nmen smooth na yung application nmen.
suddenly yun ung letter na lumabas.

what could be the best thing to do?
sbe ng consultancy nmen gawa kame ng appeal letter.

what are the docu needed dun?
tsaka are there fees for appeal letter?

try to send an appeal letter, huwag ka mag add ng bagong supporting docs unless they ask for it, just explain and assert your jd and detail the number of years you have worked . Dapat asap pandala mo na letter. good luck...

Hello d2dzzz, We shared the same timeline. i received my AOR on June 27 and on July 9 my ecas says Decision made. I am waiting for the letter. In your case, you already received your letter with explanation of their decision???. Where are you based???

i think a lot of us here could give input better if you could post the content of the letter. mahigpit tlaga si j.tan go, me experience ibang kasama natin dito na refuse at xa visa officer. we'll wait for your letter, just mark xxx important details like ur name, address at receipt/file no. thanks
