...bakit parang wala atang nakakatanggap ng MR sa mga andito sa forum?. halos 1 month na nung matanggap ng CEM yung mga hiningi nilang additional docs, pero haven't heard from the yet...

meron po ba ditong nag-email sa CEM at nagtanong kung mabibigyan cya ng MR? pwedeng makahingi ng copy nung letter? thanks!

good day ask ko lang po if ever sa passport request aside sa passport kailangan pa ba ng pictures? any other documents? if iba yung passport na ginamit pagapply & nagrenew sa new E-passport nung naginquire kami through email ang reply ay ang new passport lang daw ang ipadala pero balak pa rin naming magpadala ng photocopy ng old passport ... wala pa kaming passport request pero para at least maready if ever pagpalarin... sa Ecas: medical results have been recieved na... sana positive ito.... although sabi naman ng DMP all normal no problems sa health... pero we will never know unless we get the PPR... congrats sa lahat ng nakakuha ng PPR & Visa...

Good day to all!

Its almost been 6 months nakapag pasa ako ng papers (full documents) to CIC office and after 3 months they send me an email indicating i did not meet and so i was refuse, in their email nakalagay na a letter was send to you explaining the reason y i did not pass.

after non okay lang binasa ko mga rules and sa pagkaka intindi ko mababalik un papers na pasa along with original ielts at un fee

Nung wednesday i emailed them again asking when will i expect the papers and refund

so eto na un sinagot nila sakin:
Good Morning,
Your file was placed into processing and was refused as you did not meet sufficient points and as such no refund is pending.

Applications and supporting documents are part of the permanent record for a client and must remain on file. The instruction guide for Federal Skilled Workers directs applicants to make a photocopy of the application for their records. Therefore, original documents submitted in support of the application are part of the permanent record and are not returned to the applicant.

Applicants are now permitted to submit a clear photocopy of their language test results with a new Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) application only when
: a previous FSW application (with the original test result form) was submitted on or after June 26, 2010
; and the application and original test result form were not returned to the applicant by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)
; andthe tests results are still no more than two years old at the time the new FSW application is submitted.

Photocopies of test results will only be accepted when they are accompanied by a photocopy of the refusal letter from CIC and an explanation that CIC retained and currently holds the original test result form. Every photocopy that is submitted will be verified online to ensure its authenticity.

finally got my visa june 16, i was called by the embassy to bring my passport and at same day, visa was issued...mor visa to come for u guys..kip praying...
