Grabe Ive been busy scouting agencies for cheap tickets and guess what kung magkano pinakamura 33,000+ then 14 hours maghintay sa connecting flight..so I need to book for a hotel pa .. meron 43,000+ Japan Airlines, then ang PAL ang pinaka mahal, aabot ng 53,000... summer kasi kaya daw mahal and late nako nagpareserve kaya ganon..Hay kaya sa mga may PPR na, mag scout na din kayo ng agency then magpareserve na kayo sa desired date nyo.. mas mainam 6 months before para makamura kayo..

naks! excited na ko para sayo nursemich! pero oo nga mahal narin pamasahe..lalo na sa mga end part nang june til september..summer kase nila..

wow ang tataas na.. good luck with the hunting for the best rates. how i wish we are in that same situation na. 37 days have passed and still no PPR for us. I dont know what could be causing the delay. Same with beaanddrei and elscorcho..

Hi Guys im back, nareceived ko na un refusal letter, finorward sakin ng consultant. Reason of refusal is insufficient JD sa JD ng canada. Ewan? Binased naman un sa JD ng canada sa site eh. Oh well inoffer na un appeal or reapply. Appeal is $4000, while reapply is addt'l $1250. Which is parehong malaking halaga. So last request ko nalang s consultant ko is mag send sya ng reconsideration letter without charging us. At kung d sya papayag eh magbabackout na ko. Walang wala narin kasi kami. Guys pls help naman pano ba gumawa ng reconsideration letter?

Hello Guys,

Bago lang ako dito sa forum na to. Dami ako questions re: application. I applied 2x already. 1st time was last June pero naabutan ako ng change in requirements so binalik sakin kasi kulang ako ng IELTS tapos wala na sa list ung Job Code ko. Matagal ako bago nakakuha ng IELTS so nung nagsubmit na ako by December 1, 2010, nakuha ng CIO ng December 14, 2010. Bumalik ung application sakin last March 23, 2011 =( Binalik nila kasi naabot na daw ung quota ng Job Code 1122. Un lang ung reason kung bakit binalik ung application. Does that mean na wala na akong kulang sa requirements and kapag nagsubmit ako once mag-open ung quota, magiging okay na?

Btw, sorry pero not familiar with the process. After mareceive ng CIO ung application, how long does it take to know if approved sya? How will I be notified? What is the importance of the self-addressed mailing label? Kasi ang tagal bago ko nakuha ung application ulit, 3 months din. Isip ko kung meron man akong kulang na requirements, sana makuha ko agad para makasubmit ako ulit before magclose ung quota.

Hello Hope281, If your application was returned due to mentioned reasons then you have to wait until June 30, 2011 (for the opening of the new Ministerial Instructions) In the event that the full documents (FD) will be processed, waiting period will be from 4-5 months for the first positive eligibility review (PER) from Canadian Embassy through email, By then you can access your application thru the website.

Another thing on how to follow-up if your application will be under processing is, if your Bank draft of Manager's check has been en-cashed (you can check this from your issuing bank or where you purchased your BD)

I hope this will give you an answer for your concerns.

@hope88 nd po ako mkpgsend ng pm. nd po ako umatend ng convention, last yr po ako nkpunta. nagtitipid ang sponsor ko, hehe! ganun po ba. plan ko po ksi asiksuhin na yung mga req while andito pa sa manila, kaso ang mahal nga po 530cad, assessment pa lang yun.

Hi love20, merong discount pag PAL, pero mataas pala rate nila, ung amount na 50+k discounted na un.. direct flight na kasi un going to vancouver, then alberta na then manitoba...

Ako naman naiipit kasi may deadline ung reservation, ndi ko pa mapabook kasi wala pa visa, gusto ko sure na sure na..hehe pero pag naipit na talaga ko at baka mas mahal pa makuha namin, pag magtake nanaman ako ng risk..book ko na kahit ala pa visa..hehe

Hi nursemich, have you tried checking Northwest, Korean Air or Cathay Pacific? My sister usually takes CX (Cathay), she comes home once or twice a year so I guess that must be the cheapest she knows (and she has a travel agency ). My mom naman takes Northwest or Korean Air

I found an agency offering as low as CAD387(vancouver) to 622 (toronto) Cathay Pacific, April to Aug. departure. I can PM you the website if you're interested.
