sana po me makasagot, ano po ang mas ok na isubmit na BD/ check ng RPRF? naka Canadian dollars po or naka Philippine peso? kasi nakalagy 490 cad or 21,000 php. nag think twice po kasi kami, if yung dollars mahal ang palitan ngayon, pero pag peso naman baka magkaproblema kami. thanks po!

Just another info I've learned dito sa forum, i-pa-photo copy mo yung letter ng embassy (Front Page only) at isama mo sa Check payment mo para sa RPRF and isulat mo din sa likod ng check by pencil yung UCI at Application number niyo.

mas walang hassle kung in Philippine Peso.... MC of any bank will do..... before you purchase, kaibiganin mo ang in-charge sa bank where you plan to get the MC para you would know kung when ang encashement after mo ma submit sa CEM.....

question lang po regarding sa medicals:

1. need po ba talaga ang report ng previous CS delivery 2x kasi nagive birth through CS : nakalagay kasi sa letter: any previous medical reports that you have from any hospital, clinic laboratory or doctor you may have visited in the past.

2. need po ba talaga immunization records ng mga anak ko?

immunization records of kids is a must..... just a photocopy of the records sa babybook will do..... CS din si wifey, we asked for a certification sa OB nya, just in case na needed, di naman hiningi ng DMP.....

sa letter may nakalagay na: the information we have requested above must be provided to us w/in 60 days from the date of this letter. all the reqired application forms (IMM forms) can be downloaded from the website CIC... ano po yung forms na neede IMM?

ang hiningi lang is medical examination & RPRF ano po yung form na kailangan?

Yes ann_jay. kasi it is one of our assets and your wife owns it 100%. It is under her name.

no other forms needed.... just make a covering letter for your RPRF.... I photocopied also the letter that they sent para they would have a reference.... send mo na kaaagad and do the medicals para mas mabilis ang PPR mo.....
