My agent forwarded my 2nd AOR today. It was dated April 13 pa..Now i'm constantly praying that my ecas turns to in process..

Regarding sa documents you submitted to support your work experience, my mga na issue-han kaya dito ng MR na ang sinubmit lang to prove the work experience ay: Work Cert, Detailed Job, and Reference Letter with Calling Card? ( No official seal and Contract, but my affidavit to support lang)

Usapang POF uli, meron na bang nag submit sa inyo ng bank cert na ung account ay and/or? Iba ung ka -and/or ni hubby ha hindi ako dun sa account. Anu ano kaya ung hingin pang supporting documents pag and/or account? Tapos ok lng ba pangalan lang ni hubby ung asa and/or account kahit ako ung PA? Thanks

I submitted a bank cert na ka-joint account ko yung sister ko. So far wala namang hiningi na supporting documents. I'm the PA btw so I think ok lang na may ibang ka-joint account hubby mo.

Hello jpaige09...... it is your detailed job description notarized by a lawyer. Aside from the hospital administrator who signed my JD where i am affiliated and/or where i hold my private clinic, i also submitted an affidavit.

Hindi pala siya naka-indicate dun as my sister, pero same yung surname namin kya obvious na relative ko siya.

yung collegue ko na pre-june applicant notarized by lawyer lang yung JD nya tapos sinama nya yung ID nya sa hospital nung.. dito kasi sa hospital namin ayaw nung chief nurse namin pirmahan yung mga JD na edited.. yung collegue ko na yun waiting na lang ng PPR..

return docu din kc aku,3months and 25 days ung sakin bago ko nahawakan ulit...may sulat din sila pinadala kasama na dun sa docu na reason bakit naging NER ka..kaya if aku sau antayin munalang un, sayang din kc ung ielts result mo eh....

Hi chay. The documents that you've sent are enough, just make sure that you have those documents for EACH work experience points that you are claiming for. Say, if you have several jobs pertaining to a particular NOC or you have several qualified NOC, then dapat meron lahat yun para ma-credit. The affidavit is also good for support. You may refer to the Canada info site that I've recently created for other requirements and relevant information

An And/Or account does not indicate the shares of the total amount. Hindi rin naman alam yun ng bangko. The important thing here is for you to convince the IO that your hubby has XXX amount on this account.

If I were in your position, I would make an affidavit stating the share between your hubby and his/her joint account partner. Have that notarized and that will solidify your documents.

hi heatspine! pde nman dw icertify ng bangko kung magkano ung share nya dun sa money, parang pde cla gumawa ng ganung kasulatan, wat if i add ko ung name ko dun sa joint account kc ako PA? pde kaya un? kelangan ko pa b magprovide documents bat may joint account cla? or provide na lng pag hinanap na?

sa mga NOC 3113 patulong nmn po d ko kc alam kng ok na ung JD ko, pero halos gnun cya dun sa description ng JD nung 3113, baka kelangan pa dagdagan, nid help!
