Guys may suggestion sana ako sa spreadsheet natin, puede kaya iinclude kung start sa B or E ang file number, that way malalaman natin kung alin sa dalawa ang magkakaroon ng mataas na success rate and also malalaman din natin kung ilan ang may B and E na file number. Mine starts with B.

I think kapag may tattoo ka, additional Hepa B test din.

Actualy, walang me alam kung anung difference nung dalawa, puedeng random lang, pero kaya ko naman naisip ipalagay eh para siguro in the end makita natin kung may difference nga ba. Ang naiisip ko kasi na isa sa letter na ito siguro yung parang for possible reassessment pa or something and the other dirediretso to visa, but of course theory lang yun. Baka nga talagang random lang and no meaning.

plan ko din mag-drop box incase kapusin ako ng panahon sa pagsubmit ng checks at nbi clearances. sa mga nag-drop box, what time po open ang basement 4 RCBC Plaza? eto po ata ang address ng canadian embassy? safe po ba ang place as in my guard sa tabi ng drop box or floor kung saan ang drop box hehe? may safe ba if during office hours idrop at mon-fri para hindi ma-stuck sa box ng weekend? bit of a paranoid ???

I don't know kung what time sila open. In our case kasi, pagkatapos ng medicals namin ng 12, dumiretso na kami sa RCBC plaza, yun din yung address ng CEM. May guard dun sa entrance ng B4 pero dun mismo sa tabi ng dropbox, wala. I guess mas safe kung during office hours kayo pumunta dun.

Yung checklist eh parang guide lang siya ng nationwide staff na tapos ka na sa Station nila, dun sila pipirma. There are 4 Stations para matapos mo ang Medical Exam mo, the following are as follows:

1) Eye, height and weight STATION
2) Laboratory (Dyan ka kukuna ng Dugo at Urine)
3) Physical Examination (Dyan ka titingnan ng doctor / you will remove your clothes here)
4) X-ray

After mo madaan lahat ng Station na yan, dapat may pirma din yung 1/4 piece of paper checklist mo. Then pag may pirma na lahat ibigay mo na yun along with your ID number sa reception, then tapos ka na.

I suggest declare ninyo na lang, lalo na kung may iniinom na gamot. Kasi may questionaire din kayong pi-fill-upan eh. May kasabay kami nung April 2 na pina repeat BP kasi sobrang taas daw, pinagpahinga muna siya sa waiting area nung doctor.

Ako mataas din nung una ang BP ko tapos inulit nung doctor. Buti bumaba, nasabi tuloy nung doctor kinakabahan ka ba? ;D
Naka hinga lang ako ng maluwag ng pirmahan niya yung checklist ko, kasi sinabi niya OK naman lahat. ;D

But sa huli it's your decision pa rin kung declare niyo or hindi yung hypertension ni mister.
