By the way, I emailed Manila visa office and they responded that they sent my MR as well as a request for additional documents on March 15 (6 days after my 2nd AOR). However, I don't have it at hand yet. They sent it to my lawyer in Canada and I don't think they received the requests yet...I hope soon though... ???

wow I'm so happy for you, at least less worries na since you have a confirmation from them that MR na nga, ilang days ka nag in process from 2nd aor?

hello guys, ask ko lang sana if meron nakaexperienced nito,

denied application namin last march,then according dun sa agent namin based in canada na nareturned na raw sa kanila yun bankdraft namin but w/ out the documents...is this possible na hindi sabay ireturn yun docs & BD?kun ano ano na tuloy naisip namin, na baka iniipit nila(agency) yun docs, kasi they're still convincing us na irereapply nila sa july.guys dun sa mga previously refused ganito rin ba xeperience nyo?

ours was return together with all the docs plus the bankdraft however we did not go thrugh any agency.

Thanks lizz! Two days after I received my 2nd AOR they changed my ECAS to RBVO to In Process. I got my 2nd AOR on 3/9 and accdg to the visa office, they sent my MR 3/15 (which is six days after they issued my 2nd AOR.

hi pinoy, unfortunately i don't have in hand our letter from CIO but to summarize it all i'll try my best to remember everything but not exactly the right words used by them.

they just said that we lack one (1) copy of schedule 1 Form that is why they are returning our complete documents. Well in our case kasi our bank draft was not encashed & we were just up to the initial screening of the docs base on the checklist. I was not able to submit a second copy of schedule 1 that is for my spouse because i was thinking that schedule 1 shall only be accomplish by the PA. minor mistake lang... but perhaps God has a reason for it. All our forms have been checked as well as our supporting docs with RED BALLPEN marks except on schedule 1 wherein they put a note lacking 1 copy.

I am wondering tuloy,may nangyari na bang DM after medical?I remember, last week when i attended a seminar or orientation sa isang consultancy d2 sa Davao,sabi ng may ari,pag mayroon kang MR,may visa nakalaan para sayo.

Pero mas safe pa rin yon,magsabi yon Immigration officer,Welcome to Canada!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Sana nman may bagong makatanggap ng PPR!
