hi love20, in our case husband ko super taas din ang SGPT! as in very high.. and its been like that mga 8 yrs na hindi normal.. what he did was nag pa inject sya glutathaione every 4 days for 2 months for his liver then uminom ng godex 2x a day.. then diet no rice and gym everyday coz ang cholesterol nya medyo mataas dn! ngayon ALL lab results nya normal na.. even sya na shock din nung nag pa pre med kami hahah..ang bp ya 110-70 na due to exercise... hope this can help you.. God bless sa medicals nyo.. we have our schedula na... 1st week of April kmi love..

Thanks kikay! Hubby is taking godex na 2caps TID for 2weeks daw then 1cap TID for 4weeks. Pero sabi ng doc niya pa check ulit siya ng sgpt after 2weeks pag ok na pwede na mag proceed sa medical. Btw, wala pala ako yellow flyer sa MR envelope ko though nakapagpa sched na ako for COA I just don't know pano ko magregister sa CIIP kasi nag register ako online pero I didn't received any feedback from them. Nways, how will you send pala your RPRF and NBI? through courier na lang?

I got my MR & RPRF request this afternoon at our post office! Thank God! Actually I went there last thursday to check in case they were not able to deliver it lang, but they checked & it wasn't there talaga... & the postman asked for my number & said that he'll just contact me in case it'll arrive there, & true to his words, he contacted me this pm. The letter was dated March 10, sent from Makati March 14, & arrived march 22 here at our place.

@ to those who've received their MR request are the forms as follows?:

1. Letter addressed to me from VO for MR & RPRF
2. Medical report form with picture
3. Medical Examination Instructions for Immigrants ( 1 page lang ba?) coz the number 4 instructions was cut, & wala namang continuation sa next page
4.List of DMPs (1 page)
5.CIIP
6.COA

pls. share to those na meron na...pls.

hi sir, before kayo magstart ng excersise regimen, paconsult muna kayo sa duktor para malaman ang capacity and kung anu pang kailangan gawin ha. Baka sa sobrang eagerness na mapababa ang BP eh lalong magka problema. In their case kikay081 may guidance sila ng doctor nila.

Tama si carl128, dont start anything without the advise of your doctor... delikado kasi if mag self medicate kyo or mag start ng exercise na hindi tama sa body nyo.. make sure na everthing is ok before u start a program..

Finally dumating na MR, NBI clearance,RPRF request namin dated March 10, ;D ;D

Ask ko lang sa mga may MR letter na, included ba COA and CIIP registration form sa letter nyo, also may naka-indicate ba date ng seminar or register muna. Another thing, napansin ko sa letter namin below the date ay "Dear EVA COMAHIG CAPOY," instead na sa name husband ko naka address pero correct naman ibang data like immigration number and yung Med report may name and pictures namin, I'm just curious kung may error dun sa letter. ???

Hi carbo diet like rice, chocolates etc.. and inum ng alcohol.

ahh, im sure he got it from hi carbo diet na rice and choco, inom ng alchohol no coz very seldom siya uminom baka nga po 2x a year lang...what are the side effects po? ng nagpa check up po xa sa cardio/internist me nireseta po (i 4got though) to lower that, tma po ba pinuntahan namin, internist?

sabi ko nga sa kanya baka "stress" din kasi nga sa results lately ng apps namin tas nadagdagan pa ng stress na need xa mag take ng ielts hehehe (nagsawa na ho siya kakaaral at kakatest)...

hi love20, yes.. we will send it thru courier para mas cigurado.. and thats what the CEM prefers.. it think i read it somewhere.. i forgot lng.. they prefer u send the rprf and nbi thru courier.. ok yan ang godex.. it helped him.. pati ung glutathaione injections nya.. dont let him eat pala mga tyramine riched foods.. when kayo mag pa schedule ng medicals nyo love... and when nga pala schedule nyo sa COA and CIIP... hope evryhting will be ok na sa atin lahat..

Good kung seldom lang inum nya ng alcohol, no problem dun. Pero yung high carbo could lead to Diabetes later on kung di mabawasan and carbo nadedeposit kasi yun sa liver and would be detected as fatty liver pag naultrasound.

hi love20, when u registered pala sa COA ... can u select a desired date.. or sila ba ang nag bigay ng date sayo.. is it ok if we select a date.. .. coz i think dyan lng sa manila sila nag coconduct ng coa and ciip.. so sana if pwede we can make a schedule nlng na straight 3 days ang coa and ciip... we still have to fly there kasi.. hope they can allow that.. thank u love20...

what will be the next step after you have taken the online assessment? does the result has a validity up to certain periods only? i was planning to have my wife take the online assessment although we are still in the process of doc preparation for submission to CIO. is it advisable to take at this early stage or shall we take it up once we have MR or PER? please advise us.

in addition, is there a limit as to number of times we can take the online assessment?

Not sure kung gusto ko pa magdentist dun, nagsawa na yata ako dito. I'll opt for a lower level siguro, like dental hygienist, mas relaxed. I'm older than most of you here and my 2 sons are on their way to graduation (engineering). It's their turn to work naman ;D
But I read somewhere about a year ago that Canada will help us integrate into our professions, if it won't be too burdensome, maybe i'll go for it.
