hello, krisslovesau..... question: what about your proof of fund are they asking?.... are they asking again for a new certificate?..... nursemich, I didn't notices you were asked abt your proof of fund...... or do you have also?..... ???

Quoted from the letter:

"IMPORTANT: In your signed application for permanent residence, you indicated funds that you will bring to Canada for settlement purposes. At any time before finalization of your application or before landing in Canada, you MAY BE required to demonstrate that these funds remain readily available for transfer or use in Canada. Failure to satisfy this requirement could result in the refusal of your being granted permanent residence in Canada."

What do they mean by this? Do they want another bank certificate?

They sometimes do ask for an updated bank certificate.

IELTS: original
Birth Certificates/ Marriage Contract: NSO copies
School Rcords/ PRC certificate: certified true copies
Passports: Notarized copies
Bank Certificates: Original (I even enclosed notarized copies of bankbooks showing the latest transactions)
...maybe I overdid it, but I guess CIO was satisfied, hence, I got my PER early. ;D

Question to those who have received their MR already, did it say in your letter that you already need to settle your Permanent Residence Fee?

Here's an excerpt:
"We have completed an initial review of your application for permanent residence in Canada, and we now require the
@ Valid National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance...
@ Completed Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) for_____ (my children)
@ Medical examinations
You, your spouse/common-law partner and all your dependent children whether accompanying you or not must successfully complete a medical examination...
@ Payment of Right of Permanent Residence fees (RPRF) of CAD$490 or P21,000 for yourself and if applicable, your accompanying spouse/common-law-partner...

sa amin since consultant ko is cic, at first all photocopies and upon submission, they've asked for all originals since nirequire na daw ng CIO last december that all should be originals, nag update ata yung guide by that time

Hello Everyone,
Pls can anyone help!!!! I will like to know at what point after the receipt of the first PER is one expected to send the Police clearance certificates to the Visa Office.
Or do we have wait till the VO request for it.

Hi OBIE,

After PER, you will receive a second AOR from your local visa office. Next is Medical Request, PCC and Right of Permanent Resident Fee all in one letter. Last, passport request.

@ beaanddrei - no letter received yet by the agency.. will wait until tomorrow morning :)

@nursemich / ladyk - i got the immunization records and medical certificates (of 3 confinements - roseola, gastroentiritis and pneumonia) of my baby already. I was wondering if you know whether I should also get a medical certificate for my husband who was confined due to dengue 3 yrs ago. Does the clinic look for this in the medical exam? I also had Hepa-A about 10 years ago. Would declaring this get a nega effect on our App? I know it's not the bad kind of Hepa but can't help being praning about it. Those mentioned above yung mga sakit na dumaan sa aming tatlo. Nega ba?
