Centralized Intake Office
Attn.: SW1 - NOC # 3113, 1234, 2345
PO BOX 7500 Sydney, NS
B1P 0A9
Canada

 Put the completed forms, supporting documents required by the CIO and fee payment in a 23 cm x 30.5 cm (9″ x 12″) envelope.
 On the envelope, list the NOC codes in the order of preference according to question 12 of the Schedule 3 — Economic Classes — Federal Skilled Workers form.

@ westpoint> REALLY??? i will go tomorrow to get a DTI certificate :o Mayor's permit.

@ nursemich> you're right.... what is 2-3 weeks more to wait. Patience is a virtue ;) Thank you for making it so light. i was in a hurry before to send my documents even though at the back of my mind i need someone to take a look of all my papers first for a second opinion..... and because of that i spent 4 months for nothing.

will it affect our application if we don't include DTI registration? would it be too late if we only get a DTI registration just now? it will be reflected there when you were registered which might be in contradict from the time you register with BIR. it might create a notion that you did not register your clinic way back when it started. am i right capricorn?

As I made gross mistakes(spouse didnt sign any form) I think my aaplication will b returned. So planning to resend it wth all new docs n dd.whad wil happen if my previous application wasnt returned and they finf a new application in same name and same thing .will it be bad for me.would they reject both.or shall i wait untill 1st one returned.bt its risky cap is growing up in 3113.advice frnds an seniors

Thanks guys! Manila VO says we need to provide it within 60 days. We are now scheduling our medical. Also included in the letter is the timeline, within the next three to six months they will either ask for further documentation or passport for issuance of PR visas. Hope this info helps.

Thanks so much ladyk...... i have a second cousin who have the same family name and is willing to provide all the necessary documents and sponsorship. they've been an immigrant since 1995. But i read from the guidelines that ONLY first degree relatives can be counted (is this true?)

I am a hospital-base private practitioner, a visiting consultant. I've been a dental assistant in Riyadh Dental Center way back 2001-2002 but i only have 1 copy of previous contract and nobody can justify its veracity now since it's been so long. I also have a dental hygienist diploma (2002). I can place 2 NOC 3113 and 3222 what can you advice?

Relatives: A second cousin is not among those mentioned as qualified to give you support.

I strongly suggest that you make an affidavit of detailed job description (As I posted before, this is my second application, the first is still pending so I decided to reapply. I hired the services of a consultancy, so more or less, I became familiar with the process. They made my write a very long detailed job description.)

Concerning your work in Riyadh, have your contract photocopied and notarized and include the notarized copy with your package. Your passport will testify that you worked there, right? But, one thing that you will need: POLICE CLEARANCE because you stayed there for more than 6 months.
Who needs a police certificate?

"In general, you and everyone in your family who is 18 years of age or over need to obtain a police certificate. You must obtain a police certificate from each country or territory where you have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18.

The certificate must have been issued no more than three months before you submit your application."
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/intro.asp

Your dental hygienist diploma is to be included in your Proof of Education.

If you need more help, I'd be willing. PM me your email address.

my docs were sent last dec.1. Hoping & praying for the AOR...

@ capricorn, na encash ba bd mo or na charged ba cc mo?

@ carl, how much points you need to reach 67? Sa akin kasi I only need 12 at yun talaga nakuha ko
don't worry as long as aabot ka sa 67 you will get your per

@ kimwayne, bat ka naman nahihirapan?isn't it exciting na parang kakatakot?hahaha

update ka kaagad pag anjan na ha, next week na siguro sayo since last week of oct na since friday.

Good luck kimwayne :)
To kim and Liz from the message that I got from CIO last january, they did not mention how many points from my english test that they require me to have in my GT. But for the acad that I submitted to them, I got the max points of 16 points, that is based on my own computation which is also based on their published guide...Thats why I mentioned that in my last exam which is a GT I felt more pressure then coz of that, unlike when I took my acad exam in 2009, there was none..
