hi,

question lang po. will my family relatives be counted even if the principal applicant is my wife? will we be given a point for this considering that she has no relatives in canada who is an immigrant/citizen but only on my side?

thanks forum mates.

Hi everyone! I'm a newbie here. tanong ko lang sino-sino dito ang nag avail ng offer ng IVC Immigrant Visa Center? kasi ng sign up ako sa knila September 2010 for FSW with AEO. until now wala pa din akong AEO kasi sabi nila naghigpit daw ang employer kasi madami daw kami. Before , they gave me 10-12 months processing time kaso mag 6 mos na ngaun wala pa din akong AEO Sad. it seems that un time na binigay sakin is impossible na.

Can someone give me some advice. Do i need to worry about my application? i submitted all of my reqs to IVC including my IELTS general training and I paid 80k for my initial payment. Do i really need to worry or i just have to wait?

Thank you

Hi! Can you elaborate more? Is IVC an immigration consultant company or an employment agency?

It's an immigration consultant company, (Amerika ATBP. also belongs to them which is a TV show in NBN4). When i asked them about my AEO they said that they are still waiting for the list from employer. I have a tons of question actually. I'm a bit worried coz it's been 5 months since i submitted my applications to them and they gave me a maximum of 12 mos processing time.

1. is it possible for me to go to Canada this year? they said that once they received the AEO they will still going to submit it to HRSDC for approval.
2. Do i need to take any exams aside from CRNBC for me to work in Canada even if I have an AEO ? According to them, i will work there as a nursing assistant until i passed CRNBC exam.
3. i already have my police clearance from the country(Yemen) where i worked for 2 years. It doesn't have any expiration date and the ministry said that they will only give me one police clearance since I no longer live in Yemen (I onbtained my police clearance from my friend who's still working there).

Pardon me for having a lot of questions. I'm just anxious.

Yes annjay. all first degree relatives can get a point may it be from your side or your wife. Even if she's the principal applicant now. How did you prepare your TOR??? Did you ask from your university to seal (Close) the envelop with the Registrar's signature and dry seal of the school on the lid of the envelope?? PM you for the rest.

HI ALL,

is it okay that the dates for the work experience will overlap. let's say you have two jobs/activities during one inclusive dates?

thanks.

Relatives in Canada
You, or your accompanying spouse or common-law partner, have a relative (parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, child of a parent, sibling, child of a grandparent, aunt or uncle, or grandchild of a parent, niece or nephew) who is residing in Canada and is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

as long as di pareho ng time, for example, you worked at job 1 from 8am to 12nn and job 2 from 3pm to 8pm it is okay. or u work at j1 mon - wed 8am-5pm, j2 thur-sat 8am-5pm.

having a relative in canada will give the PA extra points even if it's the spouse's relative and not that of the PA. :)

i c. so paano po iplot or yung pagfill-up doon sa Background Declaration nga Form kasi there's no space there where you can indicate the time/day your working (this is under section 11 personal history) only FROM TO (YR & MONTH) and also on the schedule 3 under work experience. hindo po ba maconfused ang CIO if they will see it has the same year & month? thanks.
