Dear Ms. *****
Do you need and agent or authorized representative at this point of your application?
I do not think so. There is nothing much to do in your application other than wait for whatever instructions are forthcoming from the CIO.
What do you think might happen if there are defficiencies in your application?
As you now know, the whole application package will be returned to you and refund you the fees paid or return the cheque or money order you sent without it being encashed.
It is very difficult to speculate what will happen to you based only on what you have told me. There may be other factors that affect your application that would lead to the CIO determing that your application is "incomplete" in accordance with the requirements.
What can you do for now?
1. Wait until you receive further instructions from the CIO.
In my exprience, putting the complete address of the Canadian Embassy in Manila will not negatively affect your application You have clearly indicated the visa office that serves your country of residence.
Not putting the date of your marriage may not also impact on the comleteness of your application, as long as you indicated that you are married. This is a small matter that can always be corrected when you are instructed to submit another set of complete application to the Visa office of the Canadian Embassy in Manila.
Not sending the self addressed mailing labels may or may not result to the return of your application. The public instructions states that without those, the application would be returned.. so they will still prepare your address label to return the application. But, I can't guarantee that CIO will not return your application.. in my view, return label is not one of those requirements under the rules that would make your application "Incomnplete" that would justify returning.
2. And, if it is returned, you can immediatly resubmit a new application with the required fees.
3. Or, and this is a big if-- and entirely up to you. Resubmit a completely new application with the required fees even before you receive anything from the CIO regarding your first application. And I can assist you in this application. You will be required to withdraw the first application if it is not returned for incompleteness.
My recommendation:
Save your savings. Hiring an agent or consultant at this stage will not be necessary.
Once you receive the return of your application package, if it is in fact returned, contact me once again and I will be happy to be your authorized representative in your new application.
If it is not returned and the CIO determines that you are eligible for processing by the Canadian Embassy, it will send you a letter to that effect and ask you to submit another set of the application package to the Canadian Embassy. Contact me again at that time if you want me to be your authorized representative and ensure that the applicaiton package that we will submit will be complete and accurate as required.
Yes, i submitted certified True Copy of the ff:
ITR / BIR Registration / Certified assessment of the clinic / Certification from the Administrative Officer of the hospital that i am holding my private clinic etc.
I also emailed the CIO last week and waiting for their response until Saturday. Basing on the advise of Mr ****** what do you think??? :
