Hi Guys! I just need your help and opinion on this. I have applied under FSW1 under NOC 3215 on June 2011. I received my PER and 2nd AOR within 3 mos. My local Visa office requested for an interview since they have few questions regarding our my same-sex relationship (common-law). The visa officer beleived that we are in a relationship but she was not satisfied that we have been cohabitating for a year since the bank accounts we have were just opened January 2011 and March 2011. Also, the billing statements that we have presented was dated January 2011. The visa officer thought that we just started cohabitating late 2010 which was less than a year to our application date. If we will reapply on January, which will make our bank account running for a year and our billing statements will also be dated a year by then, do you think it will work. We are not able to open bank accounts from the start of the relationship because we started a small business and our money were in business cycle. About the billing statements, my common-law bills go to her office. I really need your help. Thank you.

Hi,mine we filed our application June 17,2010, then on october 5,2010 we received our file number and based on the Ecas it says received by Visa Office Manila. Our agency told us to wait for our medical notice fro 4 to 6 months. We submitted some documents until Feb 3,2011. How long will it take for us to wait. We are under the FSW applicationf for Vancouver and we have relatives too which i declared in our application. We have not heard anything yet but lately according to our consultatn, we are in the final process. I am worried too ....

Our Ielts was take last Oct. 13,2010, our NBI clearance was submitted last Sept. 7,2010. Do we need to take again another set of Ielts and NBI again.

Hello beau,Conrats! mitz here if you still remember yung nagtanong syo about fbi cert. kelan mo na submit fbi cert mo sa embassy. ako kse waiting pa din ng ppr. 3 weeks ko na na submit FBI cert ko. hoping sana dumating dis week ppr. Hayyyz...

congrats kimwayne same tayo fsw1 NOC3152 din kami parang same lang tayo ng time line mejo mas una nga lang kami ng 1 month sayo wala pa kami PPr mejo nagka problem kasi sa bunso ko kasi submit pa kami furtherance test...hay sana dating na din yung samin..But i belive in his own time God give us what we want PPR and Visa..
