hi guys nagsabmit po aku last dec.2010 under po aku sa new rules ng cic na all docs must sumbit directly to sydney,nova scotia,until now wala pa akung na recieve na kahit anu.....nalilito na aku talaga........ang ielts ko acadmic i got the score of 8.5 last sept.2010 some says na oki lant basta hindi pa one year your ielts exam na pagpasa mo ng application.my agent po aku hindi nila aku sinabihan anu i take eh pati ung nagareview sakin ng exam sa ielts..but sa ngaun wala mang reply tru email na i have to submit ung general training na ielts o return to sender ung docs ko god i hope not,at sana allowed na nila un.coz im waiting to long my agony...............noc 3112...............

For now,rumaraket ako sa mga clinic or sometimes nurse on hire.However,this coming week,i have to be serious about Acad ielts,kc bka biglang magpa medical tayo,tpus hindi pa ako nakastart sa pag apply for CRNE.hu,hu..Yon plan ko kc sa New brunswick mag apply,kaso wla ako mga kilala doon masyado.Tpus,here comes sa alberta,marami pa lang akong mga kapitbahay na presently working sa alberta.Yon iba sa calgary.

I am also thingking mag enrolled ng welding ,2 weeks from now.Pro balita ko din sa alberta,mahirap magkaroon ng eligibility.

Wow! That good at least additional skills yun. San ka mag enrol? Basta goodluck sa atin.

napakahirap yon situation frankly,lalo na last Dec.2010,sinubmit mo yon papers sa CIO.However,may nagsubmit katulad mo last Dec.2010 din sa kabilang forum,he received refusal.He is a nurse under NOC 3152,but upon submission,hindi pa close yon NOC namin.But due to inappropiate Ielts,na refuse siya.

Anyway,i believe sometimes,case to case bases din yan.May tanong ako,do you already ask the CIO about your status or you are just waiting a reply or a result from them?

Just hope and pray,baka iba ang mangyari sayo..After all,wla pa man result.Pagmareturn yon documents,medyo matagal din yan.Kaya,mas maganda tlga,6 weeks after giving the documents to CIO,mag inquiry ka na sa status mo.CIO are also trying to accommodate their clients,so far nman,they are doing their job well.

How i ended up applying under FSW noc 7265 (welding and related machines operator) -
(an OFW's life story, please share yours too, would like to learn from other's lives)

Graduated De La Salle University BSC Commerce Major Marketing Mgt Apr 2000.
Jan2001 to dec2002 First job is one-of-three Marketing supervisors for Chowking Head O, monitoring all CK stores
from Makati down south until Bicol and Palawan. Chowking was at its prime by that time, i did a good job, performed all
duties well. Happy with my job but then again, when you excel at what you do Corporate politics and envious people
will try to pull you down. Didn't like the office setting and resigned. Noticed that marketing materials suppliers were making
good profit from supplying specific items such banners, streamers, paper leaflets/ catalogues, billboards and metal items.
That gave me an idea.

hello everyone! i'm not from this thread... just browsed it while passing time... i must admit this post by JPMA laid my worries to rest... it's really a good read... i admire the patience you had to put everything in words...

my family and i are just awaiting the return of our PPs with visas (na super tagal sya ngayon promise... what used to take just 30 to 45 days has become more than 90 days for most of us in the other thread na... so make sure you do not make any plans of leaving until you are in possession of your visas like quitting work or pulling the kids off school...) i've been ambivalent about leaving since we submitted our passports... although i've only heard of good things about canada, the philippines, after all, is still home... i've always lived a somewhat "sheltered" life... we are not filthy rich, but we get by comfortably naman... as i know most of us here are... hindi naman mura mag apply as FSW... what drove me and my husband to apply was the very same thing you complained about jpma... decent people who try to earn a decent living being given a hard time by government agencies... worsening problem of "peace and order" and the rampant corruption in the government... inspite of the phillipines being our home, we thought, if we have the chance, we would like to have our children a different environment...

kaya super happy ako sa post mo about your life story... and the reasons that led you to apply in canada... dagdag ko pa sa discrimination issue ng kids... tama yung isang nag post dito that people mature over time... 10 years ago, di pa siguro sanay mga tao sa migrants kaya nag di-discriminate sila, specially children... sabi nga ni louie beltran, "children can be very cruel"... and it's true... but based on the talk i had with my niece-in-law who migrated in toronto, discrimination was not something she encountered in school... she even told me that i need not worry about my kids, they will have good friends in 5 mins... kids there are used to children coming and going because of the immigrants... so they are all understanding and accommodating... at wag silang aangal, baka after 10 years, puro pinoy na tao doon at sila na ang minority hahahahaha!

so to all of us wanting to live the canadian dream, goodluck! this is probably the best decision we will ever make for our families ;D

kimwayne, it's just my opinion naman, kung tapos ka na magpa medical, you can start applying for your CRNE eligibility na... matagal din kasi sila mag process... para andito ka pa... and try to check baka tumatanggap na ng GENERAL training result ang regulating body ng province na gusto mo apply-an... like ang CNO ng Ontario, i believe last december lang sila nag issue ng statement na they will accept general training or academic IELTS results... baka naman ganon din ang other provinces... kasi alam nila naging strict ang CIO sa pag require ng general IELTS to FSW applicants... considerate din talaga sila... para di masayang pera mo... research mo din ang timeline ng applications since wala ka naman particular province in mind... almost all provinces now require SEC na, unlike before na case to case basis ang ginagawa nila... just a thought... goodluck!

Actuaaly yon sagot ko,as what i have observe sa mga timeline sa blog.Those applicants who submitted Academic Ielts from June 26,2010 until November,they were advised to repeat IElts,and one applicant who also submitted Academic Ielts(NOC 3152)last december 1 yata,received refusal.Nursing NOC was closed on or before Dec.23,2010.


Tanong ko lng,nag inquiry ka ba sa CIO?after 6 weeks na nasubmit yon documents mo.Kc with or without agency,pwde ka nman mag inquiry.At least,by doing this,you can lessen the anxiety.Kailan ba na received ng CIO yon documents mo.So far,mga early December applicants pa nman ang nakareceived ng PER.

Thanks for the input.I am really planning to apply for CRNE as early as possible.But,it so happen that postJune 26 processing skyrocketed recently.Kaya,tuloy nagpanic na ako..he,he.I am not expecting na ganito kabilis,and hope sa na,mabilis tlaga.

You are right,almost every province may SEC na,if not the same name,pro ang principles same pa rin.Sa CNO kc medyo mahal yon processing,pro pasok na yon GT ielts ko.But i want to try my luck sa NB,baka swertehin,medyo maganda kc yon job prospect doon.

HI everyone,

Iam not new here i applied on 0311 in last april.But i have one of my friend that send his application on 3131 as a pharmacist last week and it expected to arrive 7/3/2011,he is worried about he might not catch the caps.

so could you tell me how long it take it confirm that he is in the caps or not?
Does the file receiving means that he is accepted or they must reviewed before that and how long they reviwe it?
How long does it take between receiving the file and review it and give it the acceptance?
now pharmacists are 951 in caps

may kakilala ako NOC 3152 din sya..she submitted her application October last week or November 1st week 2010,..she used academic ielts..her application was denied dahil acad ielts nya.. sabi ng agency nya..nagadepend daw sa visa officer kung bibigyan ng chance or ibabalik ang application..malas nya kasi ibinalik ung sa kanya..sabi din ng agency nya na may kasabay sya na acad din ang ielts pro hndi binalik..pinasubmit lang ng general training na ielts..so i guess NAGADEPENDE LANG SA VISA OFFICER KUNG OK BA UNG IELTS NA ACAD O HINDI.. DECEMBER NA NAGSTART NA STRICT NA TALAGA..UNG ACAD BINABALIK NA TALAGA..

Yes, we can land any where (except Quebec) even if it's different from what we put in our application. That's the good thing about FSW category.
