This is just a thought about your predicament - di ba may I-94 ka when you got here in the US then may tatak ang passport mo when you came back to the Philippines? Give these evidences to CEM and assert that you were there for less than 6 months. I hope this helps...

ano kaya pwede kung gawin? punta kaya ako sa CEM? dnt knw y they're asking for my FBI eh 5 months and 20 days lng ako nag stay sa US, dba sabi sa website MORE THAN 6 MONTHS?

I'm so happy for the good news, I'm glad to say that our medical results were submitted to Canada embassy last Apr.18 according to Nationwide and our PRPF were also encashed last April 14. Thank you Lord for all the blessings!

Sana this week visa on hand na ipopost ko.. ang last time ko na check In process pa din, last thursday yung huling check ko and now, aloha, Decision Made nako.. nakakapagtaka lang kasi holiday ngayon..or baka thursday afternoon updated na, ndi ko lang nacheck agad..

I have a few questions, I hope someone will be kind enough to answer. I just got my MR today dated April 19. I would like to ask for those people from Cebu, where should I go for my Medical Exam?

Nationwide or Dr. Santos? Which clinic forwards medical results faster?

Secondly, is the CIIP seminar compulsory? Coz' it's hard to fly to manila just to attend the seminar.

However your application is currently in process however the payment you submitted with your application has not cleared the bank. Your processing fees have thus not been paid. In order to proceed with the processing of your application we require payment of the processing fees.
