Nursemich, it seems that they did not receive you med exam results. Maybe contact the MD?

Hi I got a response from CEM:


"At the moment, your application is queued for further review of a visa officer and the results of your and your spouse's medical examinations are still outstanding, hence, we are unable to complete the assessment of your application yet."


Does it mean that they have not received our Medical result? it was already forwarded to them on March 10 according to Nationwide.. What is your interpretation of their words? :-[

baka di pa tapos ang review nila? pero, malabo ang 'outstanding' nila. parang wala sila natatangap pa.

Yup same timeline tayo, along with Genius77 & Pagodaqueen...Pag di dumating by tuesday or wednesday yung MR, susugurin ko yung post office namin!!! ;D

@ genius, pareho tayo ng ECAS status. March 14 pa nga nastart daw process for me, much later than what you have. I am still waiting for my MR, if that's an MR. Kaya nga lang, I would give it 2-3 weeks since I have an immigration lawyer who is based in Canada. C/O mostly sa kanya kasi, therefore, it will go to them first then they will send it to me...Hayyyyyy....hirap maghintay...nakakaloka :'( :-X :-[ Prayers lang kailangan...

@ pagodaqueen and zakoy - praying for you both that these are just glitches in the ECAS. Stay hopeful...

pa butt in pinoy, fax ung sinasabi ni genius, dun din ako nag fax ng saken, right now 9.25pm na sa nova scotia, friday, monday satin fax ka na agad para ung message mo ang naka que sa una at ng makita nila right away fax mo. ang call center naman nila is eto: 00161-394-44-000 24/7 ata to kasi call ctre di ba? medyo matagal lang ako inabot dito 30 mns kaya make sure full charge battery ng cp mo if cp gagamitin mo. goodluck, ilaban mo to kasi kitang kita naman na sila ang me error wag ka basta sumuko lalo na ang lapit mo na. in case tumawag ka dapat on hand mga docs mo para pag me tinanong na detail e madali mo masagot.

wala pa rin akong natatangap na MR kaya nakaka-worry din.... sana eh maging maayos lahat ng application ng mga forumers...

baka ung sinend sa u nung feb 22 e ung MR mo na? at nasa post office or with agency na sleeping? try visiting or inquiring with them...

I am a protected refugee in Canada.
10 Oct 09--Refugee claim
20 June 10---Claim accepted
01-Aug 10--applied for PR
20 Mar 11--AIP and DM

I received a letter from CIC asking my passport and also they said a copy of my file was sent to Pakistan so that they contact my spause, she is included in my application.

I called CIC call center asking them, 1-how long more will it take? 2-what will happen next? 3- are they going to give my landing and PR card first and then to my spuase? every time I heard new answeers.

does any body had the same experience, please share it will be give some ideas. do you know answeer for the above Questions?

i will suggest din po na sunday nyt pa lang dyan sa manila eh magfax ka na. consider the 13-hour difference between nova scotia and manila.
