question po: how much would it cost if ul have ur medical at st. lukes kaya? what is the preferred choice for DMP by majority here?

i had two collegues who had their medical test done last november. yung isa sa st. lukes.. she said sobrang mabusisi yung mga DMP.. may 2nd ear pierce sya and the DMP requested her to have hepa screening inspite showing her (DMP) her 4 month old hepa screening result done when she had her annual physical exam at our institution. so additional expenses pa yun sa kanya.. the other one sa nationwide, same case may 2nd ear pierce sya and she just showed her hepa screening profile then ok na no questions asked..


nationwide or st lukes's lang ba ang clinic of choice sa medical test natin??

In fairness nman sa atin,yon snailmail usually refers to the traditional postal mailing system.Kahit nman sa ibang bansa,kapag traditional mailing system ang ginamit mo,matagal din dumating at sometimes,loss in transit pa. ;D

2. ang passport ng asawa ko maexpire oct 2012 issue date: oct 2007( green handwritten)
3. ang passport ng anak ko na 5 years old maexpire nov 2011 issue date nov 2006 (green handwritten)
4. ang passport lang ng anak ko na 2yr old ang bago

question:
1. yung sa amin 3 dapat ko na bang irenew ASAP? kasi if ever sa monday asikasuhin ko na.. di kaya ito makaafect sa application ko since wala pa akong AOR? 28 days din kasi yung processing ng passport
2. dapat ko bang inform ang VISA office manila sa plan ko na magrenew or wait muna ako pag nagAOR na saka ko inform?
3. If ever need ko bang magpadala ng notarized copy ng photocopy ng new passport once makuha ko na?
4. regarding po pala sa NBI nakakuha kami nung aug 2010 need ko na po bang kumuhan ng bago.. how long ang validity? 3/6months or 1 year po?

Hi MOLARIUS! As far as I know yes kailangan nyo mag renew (you, your wife and your 5 year old daughter). You need the maroon, machine readable passport. I dont think maapektuhan application mo kung mag renew ka ng passport. They won't be needing your passport until after medicals.

Regarding submission of photocopy of new passport, siguro mas maganda kung send ka inquiry thru the website of canadian emb.

about the NBI clearance, sa pagkaka alam ko, kung more that 6 months since the time you got the Clearance then yes you need a new NBI clearance

regarding sa NBI nakakuha kasi ako ulit nung dec 2010 siguro mabuti na lang din magkuha para ready na.... bahala na sobra di lang kulang....
