Dear All
I would like to know about IELTS point according to new FSW.My brother got band 6 in each section of ielts. How must point he can claim. Also, he would like to claim her spouse languange Dose she need to give ielts before submitting file as FSW

Please help. Also
 
yes, for the new fsw application will start from 4th may 2013, spouse will need to get clb level 4 in ielts to claim points in adaptability

Thanks a lot namaste, CLB 4 is equivalent to what band in IELTS.
 
I don't know what CLB 4 is equivalent to but the minimum requirements for FSW is CLB 7, which is equivalent to IELTS band 6.

They say if you want to get 5 adaptability points for your spouse, she should have min CLB 4.

Listening: 4.5
Reading: 3.5
Writing: 4.0
Speaking: 4.0
