FSW PNP Ontario Pilot Program (Consent Page)

Hi All,

I am a Pre-feb2008 case and i have applied under FSW PNP ontarion pilot progam after receiveing the inviitation letter from CIC. I have submitted my application to PNP ontarion in MAy'12. Today i.e 5-jul12 i have received mail from PNP that your application is incomplete and you need to send 'Consent page (Applying for Consideration under the Opportunities Ontario: Provincial Nominee Program. FSW Pilot Consent Page)'. I want to what is this Consent Page because i haven't received it yet.

it is the letter your received, but you must sign on the letter after printing it out.

You mean to say the invitation letter which is received from CIC?

yes, from the letter, you should have got a PDF file, print it out and sign on the second page.

it is so strange you didn't get the pdf file, because the pdf file is actually the invitation letter itself since no other content except the attachment file in the letter body. In addition, there is my personal information in the file, so i think there is individual letter for each one they invited. You have to ask your visa officer who sent you the mail for this file.
