Hi All,

I am a bit confused about my status. It will be great if you can help.
My Application details are as below :-
FSW (Outland) from Delhi
AOR - 6th July
IP1 - 21st July
NA1- 28th Aug
Medial Passed - 28th Aug
NA2 - (No Docs Required in additional docs) -4th Sept
As per CIC by application is being processed in Delhi transferred to delhi around 4th September (Guessing). However, my background check still shows NA2 and not IP2. So techinally am in NA2 or Ip2. When does status change to Ip2. Appreciate the help in advance guys
It's just a guess that your file will be moved to IP2 in this week. The good thing is that you are gradually moving towards the goal.

Hi Luizmk,

Even I am kind of in the same boat. My AOR is July 4 and I received request for additional documents on August 23 and then August 30. I have submitted both by September 4 but have not seen any movement so far. Just saw another case on this forum where the profile moved forward a full month after submitting the additional documents. As you mentioned, there is nothing wrong with the processing time but seeing August AORs receive PPRs make people like us a little impatient.

I guess we just have to wait apart from requesting status updates or GCMS notes. Hope this helps!
Same here guys! AOR is July 4th and IP1 since July 20th. I had emailed them at CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gic.ca and got the following reply -
"Please be advised that your application is at our office and is being processed as per our regulatory timeline. Please note that we cannot confirm when your files will be ready for finalization.
We do not require any information from you at the present time. An officer will contact you if further information is required"

Does anyone know if this means anything or its just a standard reply to email queries???

Also in my call to them 8 days ago the lady told me the documents are complete at this time but my status still says 'Documents you provided are being reviewed' and no updates since then.

It's a standard...everything seems normal to me...

With 2 ADR's your timeline appears to be normal. Though its good that your Doc Status has changed to "not needed". Your BG surely looks to be IP1, but expect a change soon.

You can call or mail Cic to know about your VO. This will give you a better idea.

I can only suggest you not to compare your timelines with others. There have been people with March & April AOR's waiting patiently without any explanation or answers for the delay. Wait patiently & have faith, all will be good. Its just a matter of time.

Guys,

I sent an email requesting the status of my application and Visa Office and got the following auto generated response:

Is this a standard response that everyone gets? And is the wait time really 20 days to get a response?

Thank you.

Thank you.
Yes, that's a standard response from Cic. They generally reply anywhere between 1 to 5 days. If you don't get a response within a week, send another one. They do neglect mails like this often.

Guys, any idea what does it mean in terms of status. Additional documents you provided are being reviewed changed to we do not need additional documents. BGC is NA since 29th july.

AoR 17th july
Med Passed 28th July
NA2 29th july
We do not need additional documents on 18th Sep.
Application was at CIO till last week.
With the change in document status your application would have moved to your Local Visa Office, or very rare chances of moving to CPC, Ottawa. You can confirm the same on call/mail.

How will I interpret it? Means is it fine now or still can be rejected on any lack of documents basis etc?

In Ip2 your BG will say "We are processing xxxxxx" instead of NA.

I was in CIO and must have been shipped to a local VO. I'm awaiting reply to my LVO enquiry.

IP2 is next or direct to PPR as we've seen in some cases
