My status is
Review of additional documents The additional documents you provided are being reviewed.
BG check as NA.
But my VO is Ottawa since long . dont know .
i have called up thrice they say - criminal check done, med pass and security yet to be started . ..

Have you guys called up and checked for ur security status.

I emailed Ottawa office and they replied saying that my application is being processed in their office.

Can anyone help me understand what does that mean? Do I still have to move to another office? Will it take long?

You just have to be patient with them ..so many of us are stuck at the security phase...your file won't move out of ottaw till ppr most likely

no not yet. Since I'm still within the timeline and all on track, I don't personally believe there's a need to do so yet.

Finally!!! The final decision tab on my CIC account says 'Your application was approved'. What a relief!

Even got a message from VFSGlobal stating that my passport has been dispatched.

London is issuing IP2s after 30 days from transfer of file, hope its soon! All the best dear.

Thank you so ever so much.....You know What Gurik ?...I have seen 2 cases where they got IP2 in a month's time from file transfer date at LVO.....I am really hoping that I am one of them and others too ......

Your application is being processed at CPC, Ottawa. Your file will not move to another office from here, most likely. Ottawa is considered to be the fastest of all the offices, but off late they have slowed down considerably & have delayed sending PPR despite applications being approved. You could drop them a mail, asking the current status of your application.

what's the next step after PPR. Do we have to submit passport in your own country?
As I will be travelling and will be in USA for a month. Can I submit my passport in the US once I get PPR request?
