US PPC request - 28 Jul
Med pass and BGIP - until 28 Jul (didn't monitored)
RPRF request and paid - 8 Aug

Medicals Passed: 18 July 2017
IP1 to NA: 18 July 2017
RPRF paid: 27 July 2017
NA to IP2: 28 July 2017
IP2 to PPR: 19 Aug 2017

32 days on NA2, sent them an email inquiring about the visa office on wednesday, didn't get a response

hopefully you might have sent using USPS or FedEx.... either way you can track.... if not sure then check if the Cheque/ MoneyOrder is encashed yet... if not then I would send another application asap.... doesn't cost much... time is money my friend!

yes , I sent through usps but they could not track it as they keep in their system only for 30 days but luckily FBI confirmed that they received on 2nd June and currently processing for 31st May..so hopefully My CC will be charged coming week

MeP: 21st July
no idea about IP1 or NA
RPRF request: 3rd Aug, paid on 4th Aug
IP2: on 17th i believe, did not login as my agents handle the id.

Anyone with similar Timeline with PPR or awaiting one?

Okay I think your BGC is "not applicable" as of now, most likely you have missed IP1. Keep a check on account for 2-3 days , twice a day. If BGC is still NA then confirmed you are in NA2.

I'm in NA2 as well following the deacription given. we've got a long way!
