Hi Guys,

I was wondering you can help me know what stage I'm in. I noticed my additional document status changed from "The additional documents you provided are being reviewed" to "we do not require any additional documents" some time last week.

FSW-O with AOR June 1st.
Medical Passed: July 17th
BG: NA

I don't check my application too frequently as I prefer to not stress on it every day. Do you think I might have passed IP1 already?

you are at NA2

All CIO stuck folks,

I did my little digging into old GCMS notes and couple other places and here's my understanding so far:
CIO has power to make final decision straight away w/o any intervening from LVO. It does take a heck of a lot of time at CIO 'cuz its the old school shop which still processes paper based applications and some stupid eligibility checks for sponsorship/care givers.. Once your processing has begun and all of the requirements from your side are provided I guess CIO guys will have their NA2 changed directly to IP2 and to PPR within a couple of days unlike CPC Ottawa which issues batch wise PPR and keeps you stuck on "accepted" for three weeks now.
I stand for correction and the beloved arch matriarchs of this forum enlighten me if I'm wrong
@astralsource @KiranK @legalfalcon

For many uses that does happen and you are right, that the CIO can make the final decision. But that is not the norm, rather the exception. Most application do got to CPC at least for the final bit before being approved if not LVO. You also have to take into consideration that not all countries have LVOs.

l have the same as you

AOR 8 June
MEP 7 July
NA 10 July
I'm on the same boat as well -
AOR - June 11
Medicals - July 9
NA2 - July 11

But, my application is at CPC Ottawa and not CIO. I don't think it ever went to CIO. Anyways, hoping for the best.

Hi All,
I was wondering how long does it take from IP2 to PPR?? I am a bit worried as am stuck on it since 28 July. Even the immitracker says in the worst case it will be the 14 August 2017. Does IP2 mean, my file is at the LVO? How can i find out where my file is? Please help :)

Why are you so worried? Relax and just wait. The information from the immitracker doesn't hold true for everyone. CIC said that applications will be processed within 6 months... not 2 months... not 1 month... those who got the PPR within 1 or 2 months are the exception. Otherwise, CIC could have just said that "Hey, we'll process within 2 months"... Don't get yourself worked up. Chill.

Ip2 to Ppr can take anywhere between 1-hour to 30 days. There are many people stuck on Ip2 since 20-21st July. Nothing to be worried about.
You can call or mail Cic to know whereabouts of your file.

Hi everyone!

This is my first post here...

FSW - Outland
Filipino citizen, currently residing in Dubai, UAE
I am the PA + 2 dependents (husband + son)
3 PCCs
Quite extensive travel histories (both husband & I)

I just want to share my application status as well:

ITA - 17 May 2017
AOR - 17 July 2017
ADR (travel history) - 27 July 2017 (submitted 29 July 2017)
Medicals passed - 2 August 2017
BGC - NA - 2 August 2017

I back read this thread and from what I've gathered, I assume that I'm already at NA2. Will be checking again after 2 weeks to see if there's any change to the BGC status - though I hope it goes to IP2.

Good day to all!

Hi all,

Just an update -

ITA - 17 May 2017
AOR - 17 July 2017
ADR (travel history) - 27 July 2017 (submitted 29 July 2017)
Medicals passed - 2 August 2017
BGC - NA - 2 August 2017
IP2 - I don't know when it changed to IP2
PPR - 12 August 2017 (consultant informed me this morning)

I was supposed to ask for the status by the end of this week... PPR email came earlier...

Just wait for your PPR guys... it will come along... trust the process!

Good day to all!

Hi All,

I need some help. I have received PPR on 9th Aug and submitted my passport on 11th Aug. Today I got an email from vfs "Mail to the Applicant passport is Outscan from Embassy and you will receive the passport through courier if opt for courier if applicant want to collect through courier or Counter if applicant want to collect from counter. Please note this is an auto generated e-mail. Please do NOT reply to this email."

Can someone please let me know, what does this message means. Also I have checked my CIC account as well. It is still showing IP2 "Application is in progress"

Thanks in Advance

@KiranK or anyone who can help me!

Hi Guys.. I had a quick query on what my progress is so far:

ITA - May 4th
Application Submission - Jul 27th
AoR - Jul 27th
Request for additional doc (Schedule A Background form - IMM 5669) - Aug 4th
Medicals Passed - Aug 6th
Additional doc submitted (Schedule A Form) - Aug 8th
BC - showing as Not Applicable (I'm not sure from when its showing this as I was not aware I needed to check status on regular basis. Not even sure if it went through IP1!!!) :(

Can you help me identify which stage I'm in? Sorry for my ignorance but really would be helpful! Thanks so much!
