So a query, which I am sure is relevant to quite a few of my July AOR Comrades. Many of us cleared our medicals on July 19,20,21 and usually, the trend is to change to NA from IP1 within a day. But very few of us have noticed that change. Is that a recent trend? Or is it just too early for most of us?

I am in the same boat as you are bro and I was getting worried as well, but I guess this week has been slow (slower than last week). I got my medicals cleared on July 20th. Hopefully the change from IP1 to NA happens soon for both of us soon (this week)

BGC also still reads "your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your BGC". I hope it changes to NA soon...

Even I was getting worried reading the updates. Felt like it is better to stay away from the forum for few days. Hope we all see the change soon !!!

I am in "Not applicable" stage now and have no idea how long this would take to move forward.

They ask 6 mnths after AOR, and your application is just month and a half old
I just want to understand why did you email IRCC ?

I mean, ask them when its really required, to keep the system healthy, please! because in my view, the unnecessary calls and emails keep the call center busy and the people who really need help just have to stay on phone for hours.

HI Zessie,

Did it take 15 days for you to go from IP1 to BG NA? If that's the case, then I feel people who have a similar timeline as I am, shouldn't be too worried. My medical pass date is July 20th. So I am hoping to go in the BG NA stage, sometime this week or next week.

Hope the process goes smooth for all of us

You're right...but anyway I wasn't asking for updates because I know it's too early. It's just healthy to know where your application is being processed that's all...but you do have a point. Probably an anxiety attack.

Hi Vratesh:

The status changed to "IP1" one day and then to "NA" two days after passing my medicals. I've been in "NA" stage for about two weeks now.

today I logged in and noticed that my BG Status went from IP1 to NA2 but I didn't receive any email, so I would suggest that we all keep checking our profiles daily, because I don't know for you guys but I'm not always receiving emails when there is an update.

My timeline:
AOR -> 01/07/2017
Medical Passed -> 20/07/2017
BGS: IP1 -> 20/07/2017 , NA2 -> 24-25/07/2017

We are not supposed to receive e-mail for BG status changes. You have to check your application to see how it is going
