I understand that spouse's work experience outside Canada doesn't add any points to the profile.

But what I wanted to know is, should i really bother to get all of her employment certificates (detailed ones like submitted by primary applicant) and submit it? Or can i ignore the work history of spouse completely?

Is it of any significance to the decision makers.

No.

Documents/evidence of is not required when no points are claimed... :)

You will however need to disclose all of her employment in the sscheduale A.

It is irrelevant to making a decision. I recommend you remove your spouse's work experience completely so you won't be asked to upload reference letters.
