Yup. That's the normal automatic no-reply response. You will get an update email within a few days.
 
Hey... I got IP2 on 18th Aug. I emailed CPC Ottawa last Monday inquiring about the status and got a reply saying that it is approved and they will be sending the Ready for Visa email soon. So it seems that they work on approvals first and then send out PPR mails later in bulk. Try emailing them as well, maybe you will be at the same stage.
Actually I have applied through a consultant and he says 6 months is processing time and I should wait.Waiting part is worst.Its hard to cope up with rejection at this stage

Ordering notes is the ONLY real way of knowing whats happening for sure. Or else, its all speculation.

This is the email format they require:

IMPORTANT: You must provide us with your application number in the subject line of your email and include in the body of your email the following information:

* Surname and Given name(s)
* Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD)
* Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number / Client ID number
* Category of Immigration (CEC, Provincial Nominee, Family Class, Federal Skilled Worker, Temporary Resident)

- You can call CIC on - 1-613-944-4000 also and speak to an agent and enquire for Visa Office.
