@Ph143 @vishalphonsa @shrik_14 I just checked my status and it says that processed passport has been dispatched from visa office. I did not get any email or SMS from VFS.
Manpinder, there's no update for me. It still says under progress at New Delhi visa office. Congratulations by the way!!

just wondering, why this delay..
:(

WTH?
My application went back to IP2? Is that normal?

IP1: 7 July 2017
IP2: 14 July 2017
NA2: 05 August 2017
Additional Document: 07 August 2017 ( IMM5645 )
Today it changed back for "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

@Ph143 @vishalphonsa Do people get any visa approval email? I didn't get any email from CIC regarding visa approval. My status in EE is the same.

One thing I want to say guys is I had a lot of scaremongering on here from senior members who are doing their best to help but actually tell you wrong information. I was told my education did not count as 2 qualifications, that cic would not accept proof of funds in equity in my house (which isn't yet sold) and also letters from my mum pertaining to POF had to be notarised otherwise they wouldn't be accepted. Well this is all rubbish as CIC have accepted all these things..... I guess you would have all submitted applications by now anyway so this won't really help but don't necessarily worry about what people say on here. Just do your research and make your decision on various opinions! have faith that you will get PPR!!!!! Thank you to everyone on THIS forum though as you have all been really helpful and it helps to know where everyone else is at!!! Sorry that turned into an essay, and good luck to everyone! I hope you have an amazing life in Canada!!!
You are correct. Members here try to help, and its up to each one of us to do what we think is right, and then its up to CIC to decide. I also used some money from family, and went through divorce after getting my ITA, and had lots and lots of throw backs, but i decided to still go ahead with my application and guess what, got my ppr in 54 days.
