Hey Kiran, what's up? As of now, I'm not sure. I contacted CIC on 12th July and my file was at CIO then. My background is still NA so I believe it must be there only. ( Me to my file :- tu chad k aaja Sydney wich tera ki rakhiya )

I will suggest you contact CIC to find out about your LVO. They have started moving out files from CIO Sydney. You might end up in London Visa Office though. Seems that where everybody is been sent to.
