OOOO happy news, great to hear! We ll be there in autumn Some are stressing (well I am), some are waiting patiently, some luckily got their PPR (@Wolverine17), some reached IP2, but still no news for us. There was no rain yesterday, and they are again stalling with draws. Seems like nobody's home in IRCC.

I got my PPR mail on 25th morning 8-9am IST.

Btw, guys I got my PPR too this week. My happiness is incomplete without thanking all of the good friends I made here. I hope we all land there soon, catch up and keep rocking for something we've been waiting for so long.

Yea now this thread needs to out of the waiting era....... high time.
Also, please no one come here with "in all fairness they give 6 months thing". They are very well capable of handling files in bloody 30 days as they have shown in June, so until and unless one is stuck in some security check or some fraud case, I think there is no 6 months issue here. April/may folks need to have PPRs now, its been enough.
For the people who have this view of 6 months i appreciate and salute your patience, honestly.
But I am feeling here for my friends who daily get up in the hope to see that mail in their inboxes and have been patient enough. Meanwhile they are seeing PPRs being issued left and right. Also i know that "every case is different aspect". But clearly CIC has approved files hanging....
I am honestly happy for the people who got quick PPRs, i am one of those, but CIC should clear the backlog also side by side.
I am ranting on behalf of @astralsource, @johnsyk, @prisai90 and every single April/May AOR waiting.

Still in Ottawa, got GCMS notes yesterday and our application was approved on 13 July so just in a bizarre situation right now, hope to resolve it soon Enjoy the serenity, it is well deserved.

12 Jun - BG changed to NA (I don't remember what status was before that).
17 July - Request of payslips.
20 July - Documents uploaded.
22 July - Documents being reviewed.
24 July - We do not need additional documents + BG changed from NA to "We are processing your background check".

My AOR is 3rd April, in the same boat as you. I know a few people who received their AOR at the start of April who are still waiting....Should have submitted the application later on.. Looking at the recent trends.

You're waiting for PPR since 13/7? how long does it take in average to receive PPR after IP2? a lot of people say a couple of days, but it seems that it can take longer in some cases.
Hope you get yours soon!
