You are most likely - 99% in CIO sydney. it might go to New Delhi after that or it has probably already moved to New Delhi. None of this is currently as fast as the ones fully processed in Ottawa.
Well there is nothing to do but wait and hope for the best.

There are two kinds of people on this thread. The Ottawa ones taking a super sonic jet to Canada. And then folks like me who have to hitchhike all the way to Canada! I cant help but just laugh at my plight! :D

My file got transferred to NDVO. Don't know where they stand, rickshaw or jet.

Jokes apart, does our file move to LVO even before completing the eligibility? what about security then, I guess they have still not started it?

Cheers

Aye captain the safety of land is near, dont you worry! And the rum is ready! We will torpedo these Visa offices that annoy yer majestic captainship and make them walk the plank!

Out of curiosity, why is there a difference between processing times/ estimate times between visa offices? I would think that CIC should only shunt cases to VOs proportional to the number of officers, staff, and other resources...

Guys, I am still on vacation so been on and off on the forum. I just read through 200 messages to catch up on all the messages on this thread.

Congrats to everyone of you got PPR!!!

Update from my end - I am on day 107 and still on NA. I wrote to Ottawa over the weekend to find out if I am still stuck in CIO Sydney and I got this reply...

Our office has now concluded its part in the processing of your application and your file has been transferred to the Visa Office in London.

Please submit any inquiries via our web form and your inquiry will be redirected to this visa office.

I am still on NA but now that have transferred my file to the London Visa office. I guess this is done for load distribution. I am on still on NA so that means that my eligibility is probably still not done. Any idea on London Office? Is it fast? Slow? Looks like my PPR will come from the London office.

Thoughts?
I am on the same boat. Got exactly the same response last night. I am residing in Qatar. Got a chance to speak with CIC and they said that your criminality check is done, eligibility and security is remaining. I read everywhere that London VO is the slowest on planet. I suggest to hibernate yourself ;)

Have you sent them an email asking status? If not, do so.

Yes. I think its best to take it easy and mentally reset our brain to expect a PPR by day 150. The party girls with 70 days PPR have long left the boat and now its a bunch old geezers left on the boat and Mozart music playing in the background. :D:D:D

Wish we knew the answer. But every office has different work loads and its just about being at the right place and right time...all else being equal.

I am still on NA so obviously the lazy lads at CIO Sydney shipped off my application to London VO and I think eligibility and criminality will be done in London and I will get my PPR from there.
