Guys , I passed my medicals on 24th/25th , at that time there was a message that "BG check not started, we will inform you once we start BG check ", haven't checked for a week since then, but today when I checked my status it said BG: NA, do you think they have completed IP1?

You are correct.

I have 'claimed' points 2.5 + 4 yrs experience in my primary occupation . But i realize now that 4 yrs is not in my primary NOC code , however it is still a skill level B occupation. Which I thing will not impact my points.
Sadly it will, your CRS will change, as correctly pointed out by @comfortablynumb here, you need to have 3 years experience in one NOC only, if you wanted to add 3 years experience you should have chosen the other NOC as primary in which you have 4 years experience.
Now if (as I understand) you have claimed points for 3 years experience, it means in your pre-ITA file also, you must have mentioned wrong NOCs too, because the system couldn't have given you points for 3 years untill and unless they were in the same NOC, as in your primary NOC you have only 2.5 years of experience and system can never give you 3 year points for that, there is some other anomaly here.
Please tell us properly what you mentioned in your EE file, the information you got ITA on.
Because the way I am seeing things your CRS will change after you send this CSE and you will become ineligible as your points will be considered declared wrong by them. And even if you don't send a CSE they will check this through your duties that you mentioned wrong NOC, you are in trouble either way I guess.
Give us more information here, so that we may guide you better, i.e whether this is just post ITA mistake or pre-ITA?

Work experience past No.1 - Filed incorrectly as NOC code 2171 - 4 years ex . However, this actually falls under NOC 2281 as per my roles and responsibilities letter issued by the employer.

Raising a CSE and getting the primary NOC code change to 2281 will solve the problem.

@legalfalcon Request you to please throw some light on this as I am not myself sure about the suggestion I gave.

I think he selected 2171 as his primary NOC and the 4 year work-ex he thought was under 2171 turned out to be 2281. So , now he is just left with 2.5 years of experience in 2171

if he has received ITA on wrong information then I think this will Not solve his problem, I think he has given wrong information both pre-ITA and Post ITA, system will never give points for 3 years until and unless candidate mentions 3 years or more.
If this is actually the case, then I think he should withdraw his application and file again with correct details, there will be too much misinformation and they might get confused by such CSEs, not worth risking refusal, i think.
@legalfalcon can futher clarify

Ma'am, so I will have to check every day now to check when IP2 starts?
