So @Wolverine17 and I are both at Sydney while the rest of you guys are in Ottawa. It is also not dependent on AOR date since my date is earlier than Astra and JPV. I wonder how this is distributed.
Yes. IRCC has always been unpredictable.

I had sent emails twice asking for my visa office.
Before 2 days, I received a reply from IRCC that my file is at CPC, Ottawa.
Today early morning, I received another email that they couldn't share personal details of any applicant to "this" email.

I had used a different email address for both of the queries, other than that I had registered.
It's strange, since both of the time I used the same email address and received replies that were different!

Cmmon IRCC! Like seriously!?

Unbelieveable timelines! Keep em comin.

It sure will...

Guys, two questions:-

1 - I raised a CSE on June 3rd. I had a tiny typo error in one of my documents and hence on June 3rd, I uploaded a new one with an LOE attached to it. So far, I have not received a confirmation about them adding this to my file. All I got was automatic response when I sent the CSE. When can I expect a response? I think @astralsource said sometime back that it takes 30 days for them to respond and confirm? Is that the status even now?

2 - I mailed Ottawa and they replied in 5 days. I am planning to send another email in one or two weeks to check if the file has moved. Is Ottawa the office that's guaranteed to reply compared to the other offices?

Thanks guys!

Hey guys,
Though I am extremely happy and excited for May Aor updates after 39th day.
I am worried too, I sent my CSE on 29th May, there has been no updates pertaining to that till date:oops:. And my CSE was regarding error in medicals, I am afraid if they are opening files at 39th day (I am at 37th) and they haven't got my CSE, mine will be the first refusal in Mayo_O.

My CSE was due to error on e-medical, under Client id type- Student was mentioned inadvertently by the doctor instead of worker, though all tests were same, do you guys thing this will lead to refusal if they don't get my CSE on time:confused:.
Any of you guys with some insight?

@astralsource and @gurik I understand you guys also had CSE sent any opinion on my situation here.
Imo contact them by phone and ask your dr to message them as well

Here is a complete solution for your query:

For your employment records, you'll need these:-

- Work experience letter: Issued by your company.

- Job description letter: Your company/HR/manager would most probably not issue you this letter. Best bet is to ask one of your colleagues/seniors working in that company to sign this letter for you. It's a valid doc by IRCC. Just print a simple paper with your job duties and get it signed by one of your colleagues/seniors working in that company.

You should also submit these, along with the above,
- Pay stubs (first and last 2 - 3 months of your employment)
- Income tax certificate. [such as one issued by IT department of India (Form 16)] for the years of your employment.
The above 2 are not mandatory docs, but they will definitely give some extra firm evidence of your employment status.

For the format of work experience letter-

For format of JD letter,

Hope it helps.
thank you so much for taking your time in writing this. Really helped me. Thank a ton.
