Looks like my file is being transfered from Sydney to Ottawa too. I sent them an e-mail this morning from curiosity. In May I was in Sydney.

"Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note that your application is being processed at the Case Processing Centre in Ottawa as per our regulatory timeline. Please note that we cannot confirm when your file will be ready for finalization.

We do not require any information from you at the present time. An officer will contact you if further information is required.

Please consult our Website for information regarding our processing times:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/index.asp

For your information, the processing times, provided on the website, is the average time it took visa offices to approve or refuse 80 percent of applications during a specified period in the past. They may not accurately predict future processing times.

Give it some time, it could be there due to work load distribution and will be soon sent to your LVO.

That was a joke, like 70% of my posts here. But, I think we have every right to know whats happening to our applications, these people earn good money for answering our questions, so..
This means they switched some (if not all) cases to Ottawa, so there's the reason for the faster processing.

hahahhha but still I was saying that our file can still be moved to LVO after Ottawa .
