Help guys. I REALLY need your opinions on this.

My medicals cleared today, and I got a message instructing me to obtain a certificate of good conduct from Malaysia.

So I visited the Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs website to apply for my pcc, and there was a Guidelines PDF attached, with this message:

Pre-Condition for Foreigners:
Foreigners who wish to apply for CGC MUST have resided in Malaysia for a period of AT LEAST TWELVE (12) CONSECUTIVE MONTHS under long term social visit pass (i.e, employment pass, student pass, spouse of Malaysian, expatriate pass).

I did my Bachelor's in Malaysia, so that was 4 years, but none of those years was consecutive. I was always travelling home for summer/winter breaks. 10 consecutive months was my max.

So what do I do? Attach the Guidelines pdf that mentioned the above information, with a brief letter of explanation? I'm just surprised IRCC doesn't know about this, which makes me worry. It's obvious from my travel history. Sigh.
That's fine. Short breaks wont make you ineligible for your certificate in my opinion. You can still request the certificate unless their online system won't let you.

Yea, I checked just now, its working now. Sadly no update , not even CSE docs uploaded:(:(
A bit disappointed. Its been more than 30 days since my CSE.
It will come very soon! I talked with @pakimom and @Pawshi and they have received it sooner than 42 days!

Thank you, Hopefully it does,:)
I am so frustrated by this wait now, like i was okay till 35 days after my AOR but now getting a little impatient, I get so envious of people with 80 days in, I feel wow you have finished a hell lot of waiting period:oops:. But then I remind myself that everyone starts from day 1. This is the worst wait:mad:

For me the hardest was 50-58 because I was getting more anxious about the refusal. But who knows, its not over yet o_O you will get to Medical a lot faster. CSE will come until IP2.

Yea, the worst part is this gnawing fear involved in this wait. The doubtful is behind you now my friend, you will be through in a timely fashion, my blessings are with you:):D.
Yeah I am also looking forward to those medicals and R10 pass, that will be some sigh relief and serve as an energy drink for the next wait.

Slowly but surely, just like ROH 66&67. It was a smooth ride from February 2017 until May. June was heavy. Also with the applications and draws. But now again the knot has been unraveled.. just a month or so and all will be easier.

From my understanding, consecutive means uninterrupted sequence. So even a day away would break that sequence, yes? But I'll see if I can apply anyway.

I am just saying they can probably make exemptions for short trips away from their country. Its not like you were serving full time in a jail or something to prove your good conduct. :D

I ordered GCMS today. Day 67. Should come in 35 days as a comfort if PPR doesnt :D

Thanks.
Yes, I am an FSW-O applicant.
And also I've been told by IRCC that my file is at CPC, Ottawa.
What should I understand from this?

Give it some time, it could be there due to work load distribution and will be soon sent to your LVO.
