Did you send e-mail to CPC-Ottawa because you knew that was your VO? If not, you sent an e-mail to wrong VO.

If I'm not wrong, most folks know their VO by sending an email to CPC Ottawa.

From your myimmitracker signature, it seems your office is Sydney..That's why CPC-Ottawa might have said your file not with them...

Yea CPC Ottawa replied some weeks ago saying my file was still at Sydney. Wanted to find out if it has moved to an LVO.

Ok guys i just recieved my gcms notes,its too long and i just had a quick look at it and here are what i concluded so far,i believe it will give you a good insight of the whole process:
1- my file waited for around 2 months for medicals to pass,during that period nothing was really happening

2-medicals were checked and passed on the same day

3-sydney did the medicals and criminality and it seems that they started criminality even before the medicals.

4-file was transfered for ottawa for load sharing

5-eligbility was done twice from what it seems and crs calculation was done at syndey from the first day of aor,seems like a routine check along with the completeness check

6-employment verification was done using web based search mainly.

7- the same day i got ip2 is the same day i got my approval,they waited around 12 more days to send ppr

Let's wait and watch, though we wish its before, but after today's revelations it seems bit logical?

One more thing,dont call or email them too much,every email and call is recorded so make sure you use those efficiently and for those of you who reached ppr,relax its a matter of time before your recieve your ppr,good luck to all

Wow, that took a while, @Wolverine17 good thing your case has progressed. Why, oh why, do they take long for some cases, I wonder....

Re your 6th item: my husband's good friend (a local attorney, not an immigration specialist) advised us before we submitted our documents to actually google our names and use other people's social media to search online for information on ourselves just to make sure there isn't anything online to cast doubt on work, criminality, etc. Made me feel better that there's nothing bad about us online and that the first thing that popped up on a google search was my linkedin profile.

You all might want to try the same thing.

I read somewhere in this thread previously that not everyone goes through NA2 <--- guess that explains delays for some who get transferred lvo
