FSW or CEC? If someone qualifies for both.

I qualify to apply under both CEC and Skilled Worker class. Which one is preferable to apply?

i have heard CEC is faster, at least through buffalo. i must have heard it on this forum

CEC is faster and there's no points system. Most of the applications go through Buffalo because most of the applicants are legally living in Canada when they apply. If you look at trackitt.com and look at the stats for people already landed, the average processing time is something like 5 and a half months, the maximum time of an application was 10 and the minimum 3 and a half.
