In my AOR they havent mentioned anything about IELTS whether I have to give or not ... so, my question is do I have to take IELTS or not??

is there someone who got 2nd AOR from CHC-Islamabad or any change in e-cas.

I sent my full application to CHC-Islamabad on 25th January 2010 and my e-cas status changed to "Received by Visa Office" on 8th February. since then no update from CHC-Islamabad. for my time line see my signature.

Received initial approval after 127th days from NS Sydney. I had applied on 26th of October-09. By mistake in IMM0008 Visa office column was blank but by God grace at last received the initial approval.

Now I am confused about IELTS which got expired in Jan-10 but my lawyer is saying no need to retake it and intended to send the full docs to CHC N.Delhi.

My question is what CHC normally do in this type of case? do they again ask update IELTS or other missing paper if in the file or they returned the package? as I have been given 4 months time to submit the docs?

Have any one got visa approved with the IELTS older than one year?

Kindly suggest?

mine ws similar case...i had applied to CIO on 2nd november 2009..my IELTS one year validity was to get over on 11th Jan,2010...i got a reply from CIO on 14th Jan...bt decided to go wid d same IELTS...i sent my full docs to CHC,new delhi on 29th Jan...nw my case is in process....i thnk dey will consider...in worst case if dey dont consider(GOD FORBID)they will nt return the complete package...dey may request u for a fresh IELTS result...BT MAKE SURE DAT U DONT DELAY IT FURTHER..SEND UR FINAL APPLICATION TO CHC AS SOON AS POSSIBLE...

Reet request you to keep us posted on the CHC feedback on IELTS. This question has come up multiple times and it would help lot of folks on forum to know how CHC handles such cases

as far as i know, AOR is acommon letter sent to everyone from local CHC to that CHC specific applicants. if they require any additional docs like IELTS score they will ask u at a later stage, may be after 2/3 months.

however, as i read in CIC website, if ur 1st language/ mother tongue is not English, it is the best option to send IELTS score; as otherwise it's all up to the IO, and he/she may not give u full 16 points.

AOR says deposit docs mentioned in Visa office specific form. You can download the visa specific form from the following link
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled-mission.asp

If English is not your first language you will have to submitt IELTS results

To Claim 5 Points from Relative ,,Does it require to proof that My Relative phisicaly present in Canada for 6 month

I have only sent her Birth Certificate & Photocopies of PR card.

But now some body says that I need to provide her tax reurtn file & Evidenca of her phisical presence in Canada at least of 6 Months.

Now Can i Send this documents separately?
