Hi Kvignes1 !

If CIO, NS has not clearly asked you to submit only missing form, do sent all the newly filled application. What did CIO, NS mentioned in the letter? If CIO, NS has mentioned they are refunding your application fee and due to missing file, it can't be processed, re-apply , it will be treated like new application.

I may be not 100 % correct, get others suggestions too.

Thanks for your post. It gave my some strength. My NOC is also 4131 and I was thinking, may be some thing is wrong due to my NOC.
