Today i called up CIO nova Scotia.They told that my application has been returned on 28 jan 2015 and You ll receive the application in end of feb 2015
My noc 2172
app recd date 10 december 2014
payment mode DD

Can i apply for EE ?

There is no "limitation" or "baseline" for EE, CIC will invite candidates from EE pool. As I remember, the candidates invited in Jan 2015 all have more than 870 out 1200 points, and second time candidates have more than 830 out of 1200 points. Correct me if I wrong.

Anyway, if you don't have LMIA or PNP, you will get 600 at most. With perfect language, age, 1 or 2 year working experience, you may have around 400 out of 1200 points.

You have posted replies on many threads, but none of them have suggested the reason that your applications being returned.
Please let us know the reason that yours are returned!
This is the main point we all want to know.

NOC 2172 application returned (Dec 23, 2014 submission)

My application under NOC 2172 was submitted on Dec 23, 2015. I got the news today that it has been returned since cap for NOC 2172 was reached prior to it getting submitted.

If anyone else has a similar situation, please let us know. there were only 272 applications under NOC 2172 - not sure how it got filled up so soon and when was the cut off? CIC even stopped updating at some point.

i have received my packet on 27 th mar 2015.it was not by indianpost.

uline was mentioned on packet cover.
