FSW NOC 2171 cap filled

I am an august mid applicant for noc.2171 which is capped now. my worry is we have not received any confirmation from CIC. NO AOR forget about PER. Our payment mode was DD. We had sent a mail to CIC after 10 weeks window period but even no response for that. Is there any way that wud let us know whether our form has even reached the CIC sydney. i have lost hope of being selected for the FSW. how long will it take for our file to reach us if it has been returned as our NOC has been capped. any august applicants for noc 2171 who fees has been charged?. waiting for response........

I have filed my application in the month of Sep. I have not heard anything yet.

Waiting for response. Do we have to email CIC requesting whether the application had made it before getting capped ?

Has there been any application returned due to quota getting capped ?

hi anand... u can mail the CIC requesting them about the updates of ur file.
