FSW: Need to raise CSE or just letter is fine

Hi Folks, need some help to clarify...

For FSW, I already sent letter last week to VO of my earlier refusal of US Visa which I did not listed earlier and sent updataed form IMM5669 as well. My consultant said letter by post is already enough and no need to send CSE. Is it ok not to send CSE as i keep on insisting to consulant to help send CSE but he assures me letter is fine?

I'm not sure if it's a must to send by post and email at the same time but don't think there is a problem with a CSE. Why is your consultant reluctant to do this? Are they just lazy or do they have a concern with CSE you don't know?
 
It seems to me lazy is the case... Would it fine just by letter or sdhould i keep insisting them on the CSE?

I don't have the answer myself. You should wait for others to comment here. If you don't hear from anyone, I would suggest you play safe by insisting your consultant to shoot out a CSE. It costs them nothing to do this, doesn't it?

I have informed VO regarding my US b1 rejection by sending new background Declaration form.I have send this form through CSQ only.
