I am planning to apply FSW Express Entry. I calculated my points as below can anyone please tell me if my points calculation is right and I am ok to apply.

If you have ECA for bachelors, yes. And your relative is listed and PR/citizen, yes.

Yes. I have brother residing in Saskatchewan. That’s why I just inquired about FSW minimum entry criteria. Although crs is around 300

That will not get you an EE profile. Focus on SINP and hope your NOC is in demand.
