Hello All have been following July 2011 MI3 by Mr E. Then found you all. Here is my timeline:

applied sydney NS april 2011
refused may 2011
appealed july 2011
per received july 2011
file transfer aug 2011 to LVO
additional docs request sept 2011 with letter saying decision in 60 days
CSE made in april 2012 response "your file awaits officer review"
CSE made July 2012 response "your file awaits officer review"

will now pull file to see what else I can find out. check out form IMM5563E. you need someone in canada to request data on your behalf. see Topic: Latest CAIPS / GCMS notes forms and how to order?

Good luck to everyone. There is no logic to how the LVO operates. I am sure they try their best with the resources they have. Lets try to share information and find comfort where we can. :)

Yes it appeared on 19 dec.2011

I have seen in another thread LVO issuing PPRs
On average it takes two months to get PPR1, after meds.
And 6 weeks to PPR2 after PPR1.
Silence of LVO kills and wait till next step of non predictable length
is increasing frustration and anxiety....
But surely it will be rewarding at the end of the day.
Someone has rightly said,"when rape is inescapable, useless to cry, enjoy it"

You have to use a web form. Posting links is not possibly so just add https to the start of the line below & paste in your browser.
