FSW MAY 2014 Applicants : No update/response from CIO

Hi,

4th of June applicant, and still no news from CIC, neither cc charged or applications received back/rejected, nothing.
Only hope now is that I am not alone in this.

Lets all hope, and wait.

The next point of concern is for the May candidates whose DD is not being charged . The DD validity is for 6 months , the 6 month expires in November for candidates whose application is received by CIO in the May , In my case DD was made on 13th May so it expires in 13 Nov,14 .

I am not sure why CIO is sitting on the applications and not reverting back .

Hi kk79,
I can reply on ur DD concern, DD expiry has never been an issue of rejection of application by CIO. I got this reply from others who have gone through this phase. By the way if your DD is of any Indian bank(i.e from INDIA) then its validity is of 3 months.
 
Hi ,

AS per the FSW 2014 spreadsheet there are around 233 candidates whose application were recieved in CIO from 1 May - 31 MAY whose status shows no CC / DD charged and no PER . There application is still active . It means the fate of these applicant is still to be decided by CIO . I am not sure why there is no progress for these cases by CIO.

It could also mean a lot of applicants are not regularly updating the spreadsheet.

Hello every body, I am a June 9th Applicant whose documents were received by a certain Mike and up till now i do not have a Yes or No response from CIC or CIO. what can be the problem and whats the remedy
 
Hi,

WE are not sure what can be reason for this no progress from CIO for the left over application. The application which are left by CIO are not progressing at all. The number of left over applicant as per spreadsheet is nearly same over period of time.

i was reading most of the forum threads and i was wondering abt others not having received any response regarding their applications submitted. Should there be an email from CIO informing applicants of a negative review just as others getting a positive review? what happens now to those applications without any response or any charging at all? i read that some emailed CIO but the waiting time for a reply is about 30-40 days.

I have Applied NOC 4011.
App received at 3rd Oct 2014.

Same like you, i dont submitted my Husband birth certificate along with Application. instead submited with 10th Marked card.
Please suggest will they process ? i am tensed , dont no what will happen.

Are you submitted your Husband Birth certificate .
I have added my husband IELTS score to get full(69) score, with out his BC...
