FSW LMIA Exemption code C21

Hello everybody.

I am in the process of applying for PR through FSW skill level B, my employer is going to get the LMIA done.

But then I've been heavily researching into this and there is an LMIA exemption code C21 for IEC on CIC's website what is that for, can I use it on my express entry profile?

I want to know so the employer doesn't have to do the LMIA if I use this? I am worried about the processing time of the LMIA as I have 11 months left on my work permit and I got it under IEC so I cannot extend it. Also my employer is re-advertising the job which they have to do before even the LMIA application.

I've been in Canada 1 year, and I doubt I would get PR through CEC as I only get 410 points on the CRS. I have top scores in CELPIP and have an ECA. I think its purely because my ECA is only 2 year college diploma equivalent. I don't qualify for PNP as I don't have a bachelors.

Even if they get the LMIA in say a few months and I apply, will I get PR in next round? or still will I just have to wait and there's no guarantee.

You don't get PR immediately - you receive ITA (invitation to apply) and then submit your formal PR application. If your points are around 450/460 with the job offer then you should get ITA in the next round - but of course nothing is ever for certain. Note that after ITA - it will take several more months for your application to be processed. I

My points with job offer will be over 450, but without around 405. Is there any likely chance I will get an ITA whilst I'm in the pool waiting for LMIA? I read that most ITAs went to people with 300-350 points. I also read you only get 50 points now for a job offer not 600 and if you have lower points you stand more chance of getting an ITA than before October's changes.

Job offers (LMIA supported) are now 50 points. No one with 300-350 points has received ITA under FSW or CEC through Express Entry.
