Mine says Canada on all the GCMS notes I got.
I am not really sure why mine doesn't show Canada. I checked my application, luckily I have saved screenshots, and I put Canada as Country of Residence. Anyways, I have sent a web form asking them to fix and included many proofs.

TBH, I am not really surprised with their lack of professionalizm, an error like that should have been noticed and fixed a year ago! Especially that I am positive it isn't my mistake.

IS your VO still Montreal or moved elsewhere,
When the Montreal VO was slow my file was there, now Montreal is working at its pace and my file is in Edmonton now, and haven't seen any PPR being released for FSW from this VO.
14 Months running and eligibility not even started; everything other on process
Today only i got this update

I think my VO is Montreal. Not sure if they have moved my file elsewhere. I applied for GCMS notes on 29th November 2021, Once I get them, will get more idea about my VO.

Just kept trying and trying to connect to an agent over the phone, and I managed to reach to one. She was really nice actually. She confirmed that my country of residence is indeed Canada, and that this is what she sees in my application! I told her about the notes and she said don't worry about that!

She also said my medicals were extended Oct 2021, and was kind of surprised that I don't see that on my account. She said no other updates on other steps. Eligibility: Passed, Criminality: In Progress, Security: Not Started..

I didn't use a particular format. Just said I live in your district. We have had very long delays in our PR application.

Then I explained the situation in a paragraph, that the government has been prioritizing Canadian Experience and Provincial Nominee, understandably so perhaps due to Covid and international travel restrictions. But about 3600 of us FSW applicants, out of roughly 160 thousand, are inland and we are suffering delays for no reason, while the government can process all of our applications in just a week.

Then I said my request is the the MP be our voice asking the government to correct this unfair procedure and process our applications, FSW-inland people, at the same rate as Canadian Experience and Provincial nominee applicants since we are in the same situation as them.

So I think as long as you explain this in your own words, the message will come through.
Prioritizing PNP my ass

I just called the IRCC call Center and learned that my file was transferred to Edmonton VO from Montreal VO on January 8, 2022.

I hope this is some good news
I think this is a good news, have they updated medicals for you as well?

I asked if my file is still in Ottawa and the agent said yes, unfortunately!

How do you guys manage to get some info from the ircc call centre agents. I reached them and got a response that unless my application is a priority application, they won’t be able to access it. I was asked to check my status online

That's great!

You were luckier than me.
I called there last week. After several trials in many days, I finally got a 47-minutes wait to speak to an agent who just said "it's being processed, all look good" and a very impatient "you just have to wait" when I tried to get more details. I literally felt like crying when I hang up the phone. It's so disrespectful. They shouldn't make us feel like we are the wrongdoers just because we are calling.

As far as I know, the IRCC call center get back to its normal functioning at the very end of December. I could reach them on my second attempt today. I had to wait 55 minutes on the line to speak to an agent, and then I just asked them for information. The didn't say anything about priority applications.

I tried calling them today (more than once), but the call was not transfered to any agent due to "high call volumes". is there a particular option that you guys choose ?

Nothing specific. I just followed the instructions and dialed numbers accordingly. I guess I was just lucky.

I called their number then pressed 1 for english, 1 for UCI, then 3 2 2 0.. This takes around a minute to hear either we transfer your call, or we are currently experiencing a high volume of calls. If it's the latter just keep trying. I waited for +50 mins to speak with someone. It all depends how nice he/she is.
