THANK YOU! I'm in the exact same situation. I've received more or less the same email everyday since Wednesday and I haven't received the portal credentials yet. I've replied only twice though. I'm not sure what to do either. I may call them.

So I have an AoR of 2nd December 2020 (FSW Inland). I submitted proof of funds of 20k USD in my account. The amount has been there for years and I’ve never touched it. So I was not concerned about exchange rate or the length of time.

Yesterday I received a proocedeeal fairness letter asking me to submit the bank letters again. This isn’t an issue at all and I’ve already requested my bank. But this particular account of mine is from my native country. *My question is - should I also submit my Canadian account?* I don’t have much money in that account, just about $6000. But no liabilities. I use this account mainly to receive my graduate school funding. However, I do have a large credit and debit in the Canadian account. It was mainly money coming to me from my country and me loaning it to a friend.

The POF I submitted has not been touched, however.

I am curious how many of you guys got the request to submit proof of funds?

I ordered GCMS notes only once, received them back in July, and they showed:
-- Security: not started
-- Criminality: in progress
-- Info sharing: in progress

Btw, here's good news for everyone:
"IRCC looking to tackle Express Entry backlogs before resuming FSWP and CEC invitations" https://scl.io/6OQxv8S
I think it's the new minister.

I want to thank everyone here and wish you all the very best, and for those who are still waiting, I hope you receive your PR soon. This thread has helped me stay strong over this long, frustrating wait.

Did you get an additional document request for more documents or procedural fairness request? if it was the latter, can you please quote what they said?

The PDF title in my CIC portal is "Procedureal Fairness" but the document itself is this and multiple have said to be this is simply ADR and not a Procedural Fairness Request:

oh yeah, i think this is just a request for updated PoF. A lot of people have been receiving it. Don’t know why they would write it as procedural fairness.

So I should just upload newly issued bank letter for the previous account that I used for PoF and not include my Canadian account?

i think that would do it. but probably seek someone’s advice on the canadian account. i don’t think there’s any need to worry cause you already had more than minimum. probably write a letter explaining the credit and debit in case you choose to include it.

Ok - and such debits and credits (about 20k CAD) won't be an issue? It it literally a loan for a house he wants to buy. He is a lifelong friends and so I'm glad to be of some help to him.

Hey @pruthv, I just received an email from IRCC now that my PR has been approved. BUT... is it normal that they send it on a Sunday? and the subject line of the email IS NOT similar to the given online “IRCC - Permanent Residence Portal (PR Confirmation) / Portail de résidence permanente (Confirmation de la RP)” - What I received was, "IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal - Exxxxxxx (My application number)".... Just want to make sure its legit.... Thank you!!
Yes, that's legit. Mine came with subject "IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal (Calgary - CGxxxx) – App # E00xxxxx" but I think it's different for each VO from where they sent the request from. Just make sure it came from @cic.gc.ca.

Also, CONGRATS!!! See I told you, indeed it was a good indicator ;)
