Anyone sept 2020 from Ottawa has received good news? I don’t want to apply for bowp and husbands wp extension

I saw that approval on My Immi Tracker, but it seems like an exception.

There are many who applied BOWP twice, sadly we are one of those too.

Nothing yet. For me too this month I have to apply bowp. Just wish there is some closure and I don’t have to but there seems to be no movement for sept 2020 files.

Our file is with Montreal and me and spouse did apply for BOWP in Sep 2021. I hope both my applications are approved at the same time.

Just found out that 3 FSW-Inland applicants from 2020 got their PR approved in MyImmiTracker. Things are definitely looking better for us

This applicant has additional info on his profile: 'Mandamus Letter: 29/10/2021 Mandamus confirmation: 01/11/2021' It looks like his PPR is approved within ten days of receiving the mandamus.

I thought we cannot apply for mandamus before waiting for several years. Any idea what it might be?

Hey guyyys,
My AOR is Sep 2020, FSW inland and eligibility passed. Medicals we’re passed but expired and not assessed yet to be extended. Security and criminality have not been started yet acc to gcms notes ordered 3-4 months ago. I wish one day I wake up having this forever-taken portal email. All the best for everyone

i hope they start soon, at least we know Ottawa is working back again on fsw apps. That’s a good news.

According to this law firm it is possible to send mandamus if there is processing delay beyond average processing time.

Oct 2020 AOR, VO Ottawa, I got my notes a few days back no major changes except extension of medical. I'm not sure if that was like a system generated thing or someone actually saw my file and made the changes. But hoping for the best.

When did you submit your request? I'm still waiting on mine from October 2

I have a Ghost Update today (Nov 12, 2021), and my Medical exam status changes to "You do not need a medical exam".
My medical exam expired on Nov 6, 2021.
