What I think from Montreal forums is... Montreal office does not exist physically. It's an illusion. It is that option in their internal system when IRCC wants to archive a file for a year or two for no reason whatsoever.

So, no real movement in FSW-Inland files as of now.
My primary visa office is Montreal and my file wasn't touched after jan 6th 2021
Ordered gcms notes twice.
March and August 2021.
The notes were identical without any change.
Filed my bowp and waiting for a decision.
has anyone recently applied for bowp and got approval? If yes, can you please share the time line.

Applied for my second BOWP on August 16th - still waiting for a decision.

hey when did you order your gcms note, mine VO is also Montreal and i am an inland application ( AOR Dec 5). I got my GCMS note on July and eligibility was not even started

I noticed that most people complaining about the IRCC on Twitter are using throwaway accounts with random nicknames and no profile image. Even I don’t take their tweets seriously, why would IRCC do? If you wish to be taken seriously, at least use a real-looking name and a legit profile photo.

We're all inland applicants, been here in Canada throughout when travel restrictions were in place, did it help us in any way? No.

This was me. You have to update IRCC that you are in the country via webform or they will not realize you are Inland.

I did update my address to a Canadian one via the web form , haven’t got a reply from them yet but I’m sure they will know I’m now inland. Thanks for the tip!
